Hold your breath when you enter in this clinic. It is absolutely disgusting with bad smell and very stuffy in consulting rooms. The place is supposed to be providing health care but instead you go there to get more sickness. Doesn't the doctors themselves care about poor and filthy condition?. Does the council ever check these places?

I grew up going to ETHC! Now, in 2023 - it’s so tragic! Receptionist has an attitude. Please address her. She is of Indian ethnicity. Wears glasses. She refused to take my father in for a walk-in doctors visit. This is 1hr before closing time. She said doctors were fully booked with 5 more patients booked in. No one was sitting in the waiting area. Receptionist said they closed visits at 5pm💀 I said, it’s 8pm closing time. She gave attitude to my dad. Saying why didn’t he come in the weekend or last week for a doctors visit. Baffled. Unprofessional. Eventually she got my dad to see a Doctor. Paid $20. We came out of doctors room and still, waiting area was empty. Where were the 5 patients that were ‘booked’ in💀 lies? Wow. Either give her a warning or advise a calm course for her to take. Thanks.

Most of the nurses here are really nice there's one that is always rude everytime I go here she is rude to everyone. The toilets are disgusting the toilet seats are broken, graffiti all over the walls and used pee collectors are sitting on the shelf above the basin that looks to me like they've been there for months on months. Everytime I go it's always a 5 hour wait minimum. Hardly ever answers the phone.

Have been going to these doctors for the last 19 years, sad to see that most of the reviews are negative than positive. Unfortunately, the patient to doctor ratio is just incompatible. More patients than there are doctors with extremely long waiting hours are just sad to see. I really do with all the best for the Doctors and Nurses here as they really to deserve better working environments, however as it is just a small GP with a lot of people to serve I genuinely think they could do with a lot more resources. Receptionists are also a hit or miss most of the time, some of them are really friendly and some just treat us with no respect and it's weird to see, especially having been there for a long time.

There should be an 0800 number, I've waited 12 minutes the first call, tried again and still no answer from the receptionist, all that happens is I run out of credit on my phone. At level 3 we're told to stay home don't break bubbles, so, going to the doctor's surgery doesn't seem safe when all I'm ringing for is a prescription..

All the east thamaki health care centers are very bad with service, waiting time is more than 1.30 hrs and today im waiting here for morthan 2 hrs and most of the places front desk is very bad, they don't know anything about customers service 😑

Pros - $19.50 for registered patient to see doctors. Caring nurses and doctors. Cons - is 3 hours waiting worth? Unfriendly receptionist. Maybe because they get complained all the time with ridiculous length of waiting time.

Our local doctor for family’s healthcare. One of the local doctors is a Filipino who cares so much with passion hence why all the patients would prefer to see her. Accessible, receptionists are quick, nurses are attentive to their patient’s needs.

Whatever you do don't even bother trying to call this place, and definetly dont enroll here, you will regret it! They don't answer the phones and when they do they are rude and unhelpful.

Worst doctors around always 4-6 hour wait always asks patients to go & come back in an hour & when you go & come back you’re still waiting some reception staff are rude 🙄 kids are not priority I went the other week because my son had fallen down & hit his head & it got infected & we had to wait 5 hours he wouldn’t stop screaming would not recommend this doctors to anyone. P.s they have great doctor staff that work there but the waiting hours are just crazy. No one wants to wait that long when you’re sick.

Drs I’ve seen are good. Some of the nurses are good but there is one that’s rude I do not know her name. The worst thing about this place is the toilet. You would think it’ll be cleaner being a medical centre. It is a long wait for adults but there are usually a lot of people and less doctors.

I usually do online consultation. First time first impression was good. It was little confusing with the entrance but finally found it with the help of locals. For me they had 1 of each reception, nurse and doc. Went smooth for me. Appreciate their hard work during this time.

Receptionists have a bad attitude. They couldn't organize patients properly. We queued early, at 7AM They told us to list our names on paper at 8AM, then told us to come back later. (We expected we would be listed for an appointment.) We came back at 10AM, but the receptionist listed our name at 10:40AM instead. We waited for 6 HOURS before the doctor called our name. Being early and listing our names on paper is useless.

Some of the services leave a bit to be desired. But some of the complaints people are making here are their own fault. They should use their brains and work out when the clinic is likely to be at its busiest and not go there at those times - they are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Also, this is a poor area with a lot of sick people and the clinic is cheap, and they are the main reasons why the waiting times are so long.

The service here at Glen Innes Doctors and any other local doctors are so bad 0/10 because they make the sick people wait for so long and they never say any accurate time They need to understand that when people come thay are sick and they need to be treated welll Never visiting again

Love going here because the best food restaurant is down the road so I don't care how bad the service is just let me go enjoy my food later on🤤

Small but a great place for a regular health issues. Staff is very warm and hospitable. The only can be challenging is that they do not have advance appointment booking option but you have to visit the center and book the appointment. And you might have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on number of patients and number of doctors on duty. But one thing is good is they do consider emergency cases and give them priority if needed. 👌👍

Love my local doctors yep they're busy but all clinics are at the moment an A&E depts in the hospitals 6 hour wait minimum - I opt to see any doctor they are all good - the waiting room is small so social distancing non existent lol

Had a booking for 3pm, got told I was double-booked and to come back at 3.45. Arrived again on time, saw reception, got told to sit down. 25 minutes go by and I get a phone call asking where I was and if I was coming in to my appointment? Like I wasn't just waiting in the waiting room? Then waited another 25 minutes before giving up and going home. Thanks for wasting half a day off work...

Terrible waiting times, went to visit three days in a row got turned away cos they were "full" and was advised to go to Sylvia Park, very inconvenient. I've been to this place several times where people needed to stand cos the seats were full, didn't get turned away.... went there (2nd day visit) and plenty seats available but they were still too busy 🤷‍♀️

Sad to say Glen Innes doctors is getting worst more people that doctors, not taking any more patients at 10am is pretty shocking, my mother has been there for 2 hours we were there early this morning and she still has not been to see the doctor, they really need to get it sorted at this doctor, they need to have an appointment system in place, to make it easy for the doctors & patients.
