My wife went here feeling pretty crook. Ended up being charged $100 for a 5 minute phone conversation whilst she sat in the carpark. The Dr did a very generic diagnosis prescribed some generic antibiotics and waved her goodbye. The antibiotics did nothing so we saw our family Dr. He was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and found that my wife had glandular fever and was actually pretty sick. I would only come back if I had literally no other option. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not happy and absolutely don't recommend.

Doctor is good and thoughtful. Receptionists however need to be more aware. I arrived for an X-ray and was told to go and sit and wait. I wasted almost 3 hours total in the waiting room as nobody bothered to check I was waiting. I had to go and ask how much longer it would be and was told I shouldn't have had to wait at all and was sent to the right area for the X-ray which was finally done very quickly. Could have been avoided if the receptionist wasn't rude and explained what I had to do instead of sending me off to the waiting room and forgetting about me.

Firstly, Worst customer service ever on earth! Receptionist lady wearing prescription glasses is very rude! Followed by another Caucasian male worker who was extremely rude as well. Please treat everyone with equal respect. You people pick and choose who will receive a certain type of response & respect! Unfair. The energy in that room is dull, dark and uninviting! Please educate your staff members on how to have better customer service. Staff members at reception looked like they didn’t want to be at work. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Let’s start from the reception first! Service from the reception staff is appalling. If you call on a weekend closer to closing time they never pick up, If you walk-in please never do, waiting is more than 2 hours for a medical center who’s got that many doctors. Also they add charges to your account as they wish, when you ask they don’t have an answer. Someone from the accounts department called me to sort it out & ultimately discovered that was their staff’s fault. The only reason I come here because of me & my children’s GPs, nothing else! Overall there are better places provide better services.

The doctors are all lovely and so are most of the staff, but Nirbha the receptionist is so incredibly rude. Her manner towards patients and her colleagues is atrocious really creates a bad vibe. Learn some manners and how to speak to people politely if you’re going to work in customer service. The way she was talking to her colleague was not acceptable at all.

I'm surprised that the people's gave such a negative ratings and feedback below. I was so happy seeing all the nurses and the front desk staff being so polite and look after you and deeply care for you. Specially Janice (nurse) who tweek the treatment a little bit for my quick recovery based on her 35+years of experience and she being very helpful, I don't know weather I spelled it correctly but she was the most experiencedone. On top it Rebecca, Helen and Alice was also very supportive and helpful during my treatment. Even my wife is also a medical receptionist and she always says that patients mostly being grumpy and rude to the front desk and always leave with the smile after seeing the doctor which clearly shows the graph like 1 star reception and 5 stars to the doctor. But I rate 5 stars to the reception too. Undoubtedly this is the best health practice in Auckland. 100% satisfactory 😀

I called the reception at 2.03pm yesterday (12/10/2022). I'm having covid and suddenly my baby 7 months started crying and I noticed she was having fever too. I was panic and called The A&E Three Kings. The receptionist was very very rude and had ZERO empathy at my situation! Seriously shame on you! I didn't manage to take her name but the date and that time, you guys can retrieve the call. My daughter was not registered with them. So, the first thing you should ask is "Has your daughter been here?/is she registered with us?" SIMPLE!NOT JUST STRAIGHT AWAY ASK FOR HER 1ST NAME AND LAST NAME! Of course it won't appear in your system! Next time if you don't like to work just call in sick and stay home!

Three Kings A&M has changed. I have registered with it for several years and I did see many good doctors and lovely nurses there. But I noticed it is changed recent year(s). On Tuesday, I waited in car for 2hours and GP saw me 5 minutes. She gave me prescription and told me to come back if symptoms don’t be released. The tablet and syrup don’t work on my symptoms 3 days. But I don’t like to be back to the GP by waiting another 2 hours. Instead I’d rather to get medicine from Countdown pharmacy.

I have been going to Three Kings Accident and Medical as my GP for a few years now. I have seen different nurses and doctors and all have been very professional, helpful and kind. I have recently been seen by Dr Christopher Pang who has always made me feel safe and comfortable in my visits, taking the time to understand my situation and being very thorough in follow ups. Other members of my family go here and have all had positive experiences with doctors and nurses. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have a few experiences of receptionists being unnecessarily rude. The service is not great either. Happy with my new clinic and Gps. Much better experience.

Wonderful doctors. Reception staff inefficient, arrogant and rude for as long I know. Nothing has changed about their behaviour, No compassion. I try to limit my interaction with them as much as possible

Amazing GP... but I'm shocked by the receptionist. She gave different people different answers to the same question and was helpful to some people and rude to others. I'm never going back there unless I'm desperate for medical care and there's nowhere else to go.

This one receptionist was just SO RUDE. I asked a simple question and she made me feel so incompetent for even asking. The process to get a single x ray was painful, I'd rather have gone home with my fracture. The doctors and nurse are good, just the process to get to one was so painful.

I wish 0 stars was an option, we came here on a Saturday and waited 1.5 hours as, hobbled In on 1 leg and nobody seemed to even ask if we wanted a wheel chair or anything. But saw the doctor for 5 mins for him to give us Panadol, a leg sleeve and crutches and told to come in tomorrow for an X-Ray, we come in before the X-ray hours and waited and still got seen after another patient who got there after us. Then to top it off we had to wait for the doctor after the X-ray for a consult only AGAIN’ to see 4 patients get seen before us WHO ENTERED THE BUILDING AFTER US? How? It’s completely random or the doctor and receptionist pick based on their mood. I even expressed my annoyance and they just said, we don’t know sorry. just disappointed

I would like to share my very happy experiences of the Three Kings Accident and Medical Clinic with everyone who may want medial help and not be sure where to go. I have been several times but have never left feeling anything other than huge appreciation of the attention I was given. From a warm welcome at the desk to the very high standard of ethical and professional skills offered by every member of the team has been amazing. A big thank you to all the staff at the Three Kings Accident and Medical Clinic. You are all fabulous.

One waits for three hours to get to the doctor, you are already in pain, and then when you are advised X-rays guess what The radiology is not functional, It will take 1 hour and 30 minutes more for the X-ray depart to be open for the day, the story doesn't end there by the time you're done with x-ray it's time for the doctor to leave. And it's called an accident and medical center,? The doctor and nurses are good but kindly consider a patient who is in pain. And can't for 5 hours to get the treatment started.

I went to the Three Kings A & E Clinic for the first time today (Sunday 23rd April 2023) for a sinus infection and I was very impressed with all three staff that I dealt with. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, the nurse was very efficient and thorough and the doctor was extremely professional and thorough. He was great with his examination, explanations and consequent prescribing of what I desperately needed and he did not rush the consultation at all. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me and the waiting time was not too bad considering it was a Sunday morning.

Waited 4hrs somehow only 2 patients waiting so long yet looks like only 1 doctor that also fell asleep during work. Quality of service has gone really bad during and after covid.

The receptionist was so rude haha, I was so surprised. Spoke down to me like I was a child. Wait was short. The doctor said he didn't know what was wrong with me and sent me on my merry way. Gave me a prescription for over the counter painkillers even after I told him that paracetamol wasn't effective 🤔. Med student doing triage was very sweet and helpful though. Overall not bad.

Very unpleasant experience here, my GP is in Christchurch and I’m visiting Auckland , I went to the after hours clinic at 6:30 and was told my issue wasn’t urgent and i won’t be able to see a someone. Very disappointing because I needed to get access to PEP after finding out I was exposed to HIV a day after it happening and for it to be effective it needs to be taken with urgency. I explained my issue to the doctor in the entrance , which was very uncomfortable as there was people beside me, would of like to be taken aside, was very unprofessional in my view. With her response being, so what’s your symptoms and being told I’m not going to see you or direct you to another clinic to be seen and should book with my own GP regardless of my GP being in Christchurch and it requiring urgency and it being time sensitive to prevent contracting HIV, which I explained to her. I was just following advice from multiple credible foundations, which states to go to urgent clinics or GP but I obviously couldn’t access my GP and even going to the emergency departments at hospitals as soon as you can. This experience here just made the situation worse in a time I was very worried. Would not recommend. I understand there was others with more immediate symptoms but would of been happy to wait instead of what happened. Not sure why it’s advertised as opened till 8pm when turning away people at 6:30

We have been their clients for many years and the doctors, nurses are always professional and helpful. They listen to us and are willing to provide us with the best options. Would highly recommend it to families and friends. They even have walk-in services during weekends and convenient for us because Emergency Department requires super long waiting time. I would rather pay the extra money to be seen quickly here.

I have two stories from this past year that I would like to share. At the end of April this year, I came into Three Kings Medical because I had come off my moped in the traffic and broken my arm. The care I received I could not fault! I was looked after by the Charge Nurse Amanda, and another nurse Rebecca and the care they took to cast my arm was amazing! They were extremely professional, and explained to me the procedure they were going to do, and what I needed to do over the coming weeks and answered all my questions in my slightly delirious state. I was so impressed with them! Nothing was too much trouble! Then, at the start of November I came in for a ruptured achilles from playing soccer, and was seen by Dr Rakesh Premkumar and a nurse named Elly. Same experience. Dr Rakesh explained my injury to me, answering all my questions and referring me to a specialist that I was going to need. Same with Elly- fitting me for my boot, answering more of my questions and making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Both were amazing, and extremely professional! Thank you!
My GP at TKM is Dr. Kate Harrison, and cant recommend her enough! Another amazing professional in the field, who is patient, kind and takes a lot of care! If I am honest, earlier in the year I did really struggle with the reception team. Managing the appointments, and lacking in good communication. When I came back in November though, everything had changed and it was a really good experience! So a great big thank you to ALL OF YOU who are apart of the team at TKM. Thank you for all the work you do in our community, looking after us! I imagine you don’t get anywhere near the recognition you all deserve! Im just sorry I didnt write this sooner!

Showed up with my 3year old daughter and 6year old and was told they would be charged $55 each as not enrolled and needed to be seen for medical, with a 1hr 30min wait time, asked to double check - Shocking. Went to Avondale White Cross and it was free. Just checked website and it says $35 for 3yr old - please do better.

no mask ,no entry, no exceptions, no problem. even if shortness of breath is the reason for your visit you must wear a mask easy enough to change to another practive, prior to that was very convenient the staff and doctors and nurses helpful and friendly and competent very convenient parking and open in the weekends and you can walk in without a booking so a great place mostly if you have a chronic issue with lungs best to try somewhere else. they are out of step with the rest of the country in regard to mask use otherwise here is great

The doctors in this clinic should go back to med school! Seems like they got their degree from YouTube! I had a fever and extremely bad flu! The doctor prescribed me Panadol and ibuprofen. That’s just horrible and lazy! Where as my husband had the same symptoms and his doctor prescribed him antibiotics and I’m husband has recovered where as I’m still struggling to recover!

Ignore the cranky people who leave one star reviews. This place is was great. Even on a super busy day, the receptionist, nurse and doctor all spoke with patience and compassion. I really felt looked after here and would recommend anyone to come here.

Three Kings Accident and Medical is my GP for a more than 3 years now after moving from a clinic in city center. I have seen wonderful nurses and doctors and all have been very professional, very polite, helpful and kind. I always book my consultation with Dr Rakesh Premkumar who has always made me feel safe and comfortable in my visits, taking the time to understand my situation and being very thorough in follow ups. He was very helpful in diagnosing a non-symptomatic renal cancer for my father in law which really helped us find the right treatment later in his home country at the right time.Thank you Dr. Rakesh. Other members of my family also visit here and have all had positive experiences with doctors and nurses. I would definitely recommend this place.

My mum has been dealing with pain since 8 months ago, and they only realised that it might be best to see a specialist 2 months ago. However with the public health system as it is, the wait time for that is another 4 months or so... When she called the receptionist if they could assist with expediting the process, she said my mum had to come in to see the doctor for them to write another referral... She decided not to make the appointment, and got hanged up. Simply dealing with a medical staff that has no empathy for the situation she is in.

The doctor Khan is kinda rude and impatient. I just double check with him to make sure I understand right. He shook his head and explained to me. And also he didn’t listen to me what happened to me and kept interrupting me. I know the appt is only 15m, but I don’t think I even reached for 15m long.

I am very disappointed that I was turned away for being seen by a doctor due to not being able to pay the consultation fee, as I had a genuine injury caused by the floods at my home. Weeks later, now it has worstened and looking to go into surgery for it. I am so disappointed that the receptionist turned me away because I couldn't afford the fees.

Great doctors, longer wait times when busy which shows how good they must be as everyone goes there, nice staff at the front desk, good nurses and doctors that provide lots of advice. Pharmacy next door so easy to collect medicine.

The doctor (won’t name him) prescribed my 3 year old medicine for 6 years and over . This caused my three year old to vomit and have a rapid heart beat! I will be heading in to the clinic tomorrow and making further complaints as the doctor clearly knew how old my children were!

Considering the wait time and unavailability of appointments at my GP and other places these guys were pretty good, I got admitted and seen within an hour. The receptionist should be more clear with instructions! She’s rude and it’s like she’s forced to be doing her job.

Very busy clinic. Good range of services, affordable. I would say a great provider for the price point. But given how busy they are, expect 90% of your appointments to be fine, 10% a mistake, misbooking eg. On the odd occasions something has been missed, they always rectify for me. Would recommend 👌

Guys I’m sorry but as a mother of a 1 year old I need to be able to book things in and trust that it will happen. The administration is all over the place - nobody is talking to each other. I’ve had to call 5 times to confirm a booking I know I made and paid for but the admin system makes everything seem very confusing when it doesn’t need to be.
