Only 1 star for the doctors their being nice and friendly . Otherwise receptionist staff are absolutely awful got there right when they opened and I had to wait 4 hours to see a doctor despite having patients coming in later than me and seeing the doctor i wanted to see faster. Receptionist not only lie but are very rude and aggressive to which if you want to inquire about what's going on after waiting more than 2 hours they start yelling at you to go sit down. The most Disgusting part is finding out from your doctor 5 hours later that apparently he was free and that because the receptionist never did their job properly you were made to wait pointlessly for 5 hours. 1 star for the doctors and -10 for the receptionists.

Receptionist here are utterly & totally rude! No manners whatsoever! They shouldn't be doing this job if their so unhappy about it. Doctors are ok but their receptionist needs replacing or better still put them on a customer services skill course so they can learn how to deal with sick patients. Wouldn't recommend!

There is one receptionist in particular that is always rude and passive aggressive. Every time I come here there is always an issue. One time I brought my daughter in urgently for a peanut allergy and she suggested I go and wait at white cross. We ended up getting seen right away and referred to Waitakere hospital. Doctors and nurses are lovely but the wait time is 1 hour minimum. Have waited 4 hours here before.

I went for 6 weeks check up for my baby and was seen by Dr Hanie Nasir. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Dr Nasir replied “I don’t know” for literally all the questions except one and recommended me to Google the answers instead. He was very rude and arrogant. I would highly recommend to make sure you are not seen by him when booking your appointment. What a joke… Also, what is the point of booking appointment if you end up waiting for an hour extra anyway? On the bright side, reception staff were very kind and helpful.

Wow! Four huge mistakes only in 10 minutes encounter: 1/ The receptionist said even though the emedical system was down for 3 hours we were too busy to call you and cancel your appointment. I told them if I had another appointment on Monday will you call me if the same thing happened and they said “no”. 2/The receptionist was also racist. She asked me “do you want a Chinese doctor or an Indian doctor?” I was completely baffled! What a question and I am not even of one of these nationalities to justify that by saying it could help them understand me or whatsoever. 3/When I came to my appointment, I told them I have an appointment at 16:10. The receptionist said “no you don’t” I couldn’t believe she was serious as she didn’t even check my on the screen, she was talking to her colleague without attention, she didn’t even ask for my name to check. After checking she found my appointment on 16:10 and didn’t even say sorry. 4/after all this they said she asked me to choose their practice as my family doctor to give me a discount on my emedical for the immigration! Seriously? Just money oriented business. I won’t call that a medical practice. It’s a joke. Of course I booked an appointment for Monday but I won’t show up because if they asked I will reply the same way they replied:” I am too busy to give you a call and let you know”

No star should be an option. Firstly, I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment only to see Dr. Hanie Nasir who saw me late (which was five mintues within my appointment time). When I went to tell him about another health issue, he claimed my time was up and that I needed to schedule another appointment. I had told him about only one health issue I was experiencing, and he made recommendations rather quickly. I waited about two weeks to see a doctor, and I only had a brief encounter with him (only 10 mintues with him). I even came early for my appointment, yet was seen late. I was devastated because I desperately needed assistance with my second health issue. I've seen Dr. Hanie Nasir a few times, and each time, he has prescribed the appropriate drugs, etc. But this time it was disappointing, especially after waiting so long to see a doctor, that it seemed like he was in a hurry this time and was not bothered to help more. Second, the receptionist that day (a young lady) was really unkind and had bad attitude. She spoke in a stern and unpleasant manner. I complained about her after receiving a text asking for feedback on my experience the last time I visited. It is unacceptable to see that she continues to lack decent communication skills and be disrespectful. Is our input being considered, or are they just swept under the rug? Extremely disappointed with this medical facility. Nothing appears to be changing. Looking at the reviews 99% of them have had very bad experience here! DO BETTER! Changes must be made by those in authority so patients are to be heard and, especially, feel comfortable. We are paying to recieve the service that we need! When someone is ill, no one likes to be hustled and treated cruelly!

Why have I continued to torture myself by continuing to come here, had so many awful experiences over the years, extremely rude receptionist, complete lack of empathy, having my medical records mixed up with someone else's and being prescribed their medication instead of my own even after questioning it, being told appointments I've booked in over the phone were impossible arguing that they don't take booked appointments (they do), booked appointments generally atleast an hour late IF you're lucky and today having my Dr supposibly leave early and not inform me so I was left waiting for two hours after my booking just to be told they could rebook it for another day, absolute pits of the pits , place needs to be shut down.

Disappointing Experience with Dr. Hanie Nasir My father recently had the opportunity to visit Dr. Hanie Nasir as his primary care physician, and I must say that he was extremely disappointed with the experience. Dr. Nasir proved to be a very unfriendly doctor who does not treat his patients courteously and even treats different patients in different ways. During his visits, Dr. Nasir was mostly in a bad mood and showed no empathy towards my concerns. Every time he spokes with him, he seemed to quickly become angry and used an unfriendly tone that made positive communication nearly impossible. Furthermore, my father noticed that Dr. Nasir showed absolutely no helpfulness when it came to signatures and documents. There was even a distressing situation where my father needed emergency treatment and was experiencing high blood pressure. Instead of taking care of him and providing the necessary treatment, Dr. Nasir was not prepared and suggested taking him to the hospital. This behavior does not demonstrate responsibility or a professional ethos. In conclusion, I can say that Dr. Hanie Nasir is not a compassionate doctor, and my father personally will never visit his practice again. It is disappointing to encounter a physician who is not only unfriendly and ill-tempered but also lacks the necessary empathy for his patients. As a patient, one should be able to rely on a trustworthy and empathetic doctor, and that was not the case with Dr. Nasir.

I feel giving this place 1 star is being generous. The office staff here are miserable, never smile (unless laughing amongst themselves) and are never friendly. Office manager even argued with me at one stage regarding a customer service issue. The most satisfaction I've ever gotten from this place was the day I made the decision to leave this practice. The ONLY good thing about this practice was Doctor Kala. She was awesome, however always busy, probably due to her being so popular. I've now gone to A&E New Lynn who have many more doctors & staff, like Dr Kala, who actually care.

I'm really upset, met young DR, man who was a rude man, scary, I hate Doctors who know nothing about Cancer , if I get Dr Cala all goes smooth but shes 71yrs old and very kind, the rest are awful doctors. Dumb ph line they are rude as, who are they , just a call centre bullies, now reported to Disability & Health Commission for no meds when needed. Rude Doctors all rookies

This is a very disappointing service. if you are late for your appointment by 15mins, you will not get it. if you are early for your appointment , you will wait half an hour. They are not sure if they want you to take the COVID19 test yourself and come or if the nurse on duty will have the time to take it for you. They dont answer emails if you request for an appointment. And the worst is - God forbid , you need an appointment in the next couple of days. the couple of days will always be after 2 weeks. The lady at reception said - "you can always go the White Cross next door" - Lol - then what is the point of trying to have a GP service and what is the point for people like me trying to have a physician who will help me with building a health history. I can adhoc go to any doctor next door. Thats not the point is it. Oh yes and they work till 440 or 445, not till 5pm. They close early.

My appointment was booked for 3pm and was called to ask to come in at 4pm as the doctor who was suppose to see me was sick. I thought when I changed from one to clinic to this one that it waa a good place to be seen at, but twice I have been ignored and have waited an hour or half an hour to be seen by a male doctor instead of a female doctor as requested ( but he was very very caring) and to hear that I didn't come up to the desk really annoyed me. Their staff need to be more alert. Sitting in the front of a computer doesnt help

I can hardly ever get through on the phone as the wait time is ridiculously long! It's actually quicker for me to drive to their rooms than wait on the phone. It's a pity they don't take appointments as that would lessen the wait time sitting in their rooms as you can sometimes wait over 2 hours! There is only one doctor I would ever see as she takes the time and effort to actually help you, while the others have very little time to see to you and just seem to want you out asap, so they can move on to the next patient.

That’s very bad for the reception service, they provide the service seemed useless, plus their attitude were so rude👎 make the patient disappointed. suggest the management to use right person and training them before they start 😓 I’ve notice 3 patients were very angry and leaving when I was waiting in the room. So I going to change my family doctor in the future.

Is there a no star option. When we came to enroll, they said they do walk in. When we sick and we needed to see a doctor, they said no walk in and no available appointment till next 2 weeks. They said go to next door A & E. Also, they charged $30 on the first visit regardless of age or community service card holders. Be ware of this clinic.

Very hopeless service provid by lincoln road medical center. I have been trying to reach them from 8am and know its 10.36. I had to do a urgently medical where I left voice messages to call back from my gp regarding my blood report. But no response at all . As if we don't have anything else to be done then sitting and waiting for someone to get connected on phone to talk to .

Lena is a fantastic receptionist! She talked me through how the medical visa process will work and made me feel very cared for and welcome. Great team, even if they’re busy!
