Today, I toured at Botany Town Centre for reviewing. I took photos the whole area of Botany Town Centre. I took times. It is very nature friendly environment and layout. Shopping Centre concern about the well-being of people. There are ample car park spaces and ample relaxing space for customers. Every store is there to shop. It is ready for shopping and entertainment for all ages. Highly recommend for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Such a lovely mall. Nice indoor outdoor flow. Very spacious. Food court a little small but there are a lot of eateries around the mall that make up for it. Love the parents room!!

I was very impressed with the design, well planned layout of this Town Centre. It has everything for kids, dads and mom's! Heaps of cafe's and Cinemas too... A great Library with a separate closed off section for those who need to study in peace! A big Yes from me!

Great place.. I especially like all the plants and trees around and there's plenty of benches to stop and sit down along the way. The mall is tidy, spacious and plenty to look at, no outdoor toilets but plenty inside the mall. Plenty of food to choose from also although haven't tried much here yet, just the sushi. Plenty of parking as far as I can see although I don't drive, we catch the bus which stops conveniently right in the middle of the centre. Very handy. There's a cute play area for kids outside and parents to sit and have a break, doesn't look like a regular play area but the kids love it. Also, another play area by the new world and other shops, very small though and can get quite crowded. We really enjoy coming here. Might be a regular shopping centre for Auckland but different then what I'm used to back in Wellington. A lovely, fairly peaceful and quiet place to come to on most days.

Fabulous shopping centre, love the fact that it's like a hidden mini town. So many shops and eateries, plus a cinema. Plenty of parking in the surrounding carparks.

Botany Town Centre is definitely a one stop shopping mall, you can browse the shops to your hearts content in a very pleasant environment. Plenty of variety, all the usual shops supermarkets too, plus boutique niche shops not just found everywhere. Doctors, Opticians, banking etc., etc. There's also plenty of eating options from fast food to restaurants & bars, plus cinema's etc. Great place for after hours seasonal evening & night shopping too. All in all it's very worthwhile visiting Botany Town Centre, it's a pleasant, enjoyable experience. Something for everyone.

Love the library in the town centre, where holds lots of activities and events every week. Love these decorations in particular -- all made of water/drink bottles

Botany Town Centre is beginning to match some of the hundreds of malls I visited recently while in Bangkok. It needs better rest areas with single seating. People generally don't like sharing seats in this era. Many times I have come here for a coffee and snack only to find the cafes crowded. Although there are several, it could do with maybe two more who serve fresh food, as opposed to cakes etc stored in fridges day after day. That said, the ambience is improving month by month.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the service staff of Botany mall. Today, my five-year-old child got lost because he mistook somebody else as me and run away with the stranger in the Mall. I was very panicked, helpless and worried when I realized I can not find him anywhere . At the meantime, the staff and security guards in the mall that helped me find my son. They always observed whether customers in the mall needed help or not and provided professional service to customers with patience. They also kindly gave the chocolates to my son to comfort him from the fear of not finding his mother. Thanks so much for helping us today. I don't even know their names. So I am writing to thank all the staff who helped us today.Appreciate.

Botany Town centre is such an amazing mall from its clothing stores to its boba store. Botany even has its own cinema! The library has a large variety of books from childrens selection to adult books. Food court is kind of messy but the janitors are working to their best ability!

The Botany Town Centre is a combination of a few malls so it's best you investigate exactly where you want to go as it is huge and you may end up doing alot of walking. So many shops to mention. Loads of parking in all areas of the town center. Well worth the visit however put some time aside as there are many interesting shops to browse.

A beautiful, modern and, above all, safe place for families and shoppers to relax in a well thought out 'outdoor' styled mall. A huge amount of free parking spaces (open air and covered) and a lot of stores to spend the day at. A very good range of eateries to suit any budget and really nice, modern decor throughout.

I like their setting. A lot of space for parking. It's quite busy on the weekends. Farmers is a bit small compared to other shopping malls. They have Starbucks, Gongcha, H&M.

Sprawling shopping centre with everything you need at one place! You can even buy cars here. Plenty of parking space, great restaurants to cater for all pallet types and enough shops and entertainment options to keep you busy for the full day.

Disappointing results with “giftcard”. I had an old giftcard - put aside during COVID that I just unearthed - took it in to see if it could be re-issued to be informed that as it is outside of issue date expiry (3 years), it will not be honored, so no flexibility and no option for validity to be extended at Centre’s discretion. Botany Town Centre charges a $1.50 “issuance fee” so effectively it was $80+ lost. Based on this experience and compared to Westfield giftcards where no fees apply and they are happy to replace/re-issue giftcards with NO time limits, I would not purchase a giftcard from Botany Town Centre again. Their attitude does nothing to recommend this service.

Not a place for families or kids. Whole kids area demolished and replaced with a small standard slide/fort right by all the kid stores - disaster. Small play area at one entrance but right beside the road. No cafes are welcoming to kids or families. No more play area upstairs as the book store was shut. Great place for couples and teenagers. Families, don't bother. Sylvia Park has way more on offer.

Amazing place to visit. I visit all the time to go and eat out, buy stuff or just have a good time. It has everything you could need, I could be there for hours without getting bored.

Good selection of stores but hard to find the ones you came for. We couldn't find any maps of the place so we had to ask other shops and shoppers where things are

I never really appreciated BTC until now as a grown adult. This place has standards and doesn't even allow smoking and vaping. There's nothing wrong with adults that smoke, just saying the behavior can easily attract litter and irresponsible people. It's very clean, spacious, simplistic yet provides a good level of variety. Minus the recent burglaries from the culprits that do not belong here, this place gives you a good atmosphere especially during off peak hours.

Great variety of shops in a clean and tidy environment that has a real nice Christmas atmosphere. The people of Botany can be rightfully proud of their town centre. There was even a sense of people caring for people. Really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended.

Recent renovations are nice, but parking can be a nightmare. No EV charging spots, and a lack of parents spaces as well.

A really nice shopping experience. Plenty to see and do, outside shopping as well as inside. Wonderful eateries around every corner.

We had chivken wings, prawn stars pizza and seafood chowder and a few drinks with my girl friends. Food was good, price was commensurate. Staff are friendly and I guess good security people who are very observant with mitigating possible over drinking customers. Good hangout place on a Friday night.

Botany Town Centre is a great place to shop with a wide choice of shops to view. It has nice places to get a quick bite or some lunch with a great variety to pick from. Or sometimes (like me) you want to look for something for a special event coming up. Botany Town Centre has a number of places such as an Atrium, walkways and connecting hallways that I love to wander through when I get the opportunity. So if your in a hurry, or have a bit of time and you're in the area why not stop by, the Botany Town Centre.

Really impressive facility, clean, spacious and a mix of indoor and outdoor shops and eateries. I really enjoyed my time here today and wandered all about checking it all out. Maybe because its 27 December and lots of people are relaxed after the stress of Xmas day, but it was chilled and friendly with lots of people leisurely shopping.

Great selection of shops and eatery options. Need more travel agents as Flight Centre is the only operator and they were very busy. Some under cover parking is almost always available.

👍 A local shopping centre struggling- between Sylvia Park and Botany Centre. It’s still a great place for some essentials, you can find most of items you want at The Warehouse and Countdown. The food court was much more busier before.
