Very impressed with the team today! My 3 year old son only likes new balances and it has been really hard finding him another pair the same that doesn’t cost the earth to ship. I should have just come straight here in the first place . While there isn’t a great range of any kind of sneakers for kids in Nz, one of the staff members (not sure of her name sorry) knew what I meant and went out the back and found basically the exact shoe I wanted in the size I wanted for my son.. like magic !! So happy and he is happy too. Fussy little guy but NB Beaumont st always deliver .. See you for the next pair !

Popped in to see what was on special. Found some trainers i liked, but they weren't in my size. They ordered in from Christchurch and arrived next day. Got a call from Sasha (great service) to say in stock. Perfect service. All stores should be this efficient.

Omg. I am so happy. Been searching the universe for comfy footwear for my gigantic feet, and at last I have found the squishiest, bouncy, trainers. I'm no spring chicken and my feet need comfort. We arrived in Auckland yesterday, from uk via Hong Kong. And walking from plane to terminals, my feet feel sore 🥴as if we'd walked all the way from uk. 🤣. But walked into new balance and instantly found wide trainers in the perfect size. This store should be on every street corner in every town throughout the world. For foot weary old me, this footwear has completely transformed my walking experience. I thought was ready for the knackers yard 🤣. Fantastic shop.

Good range of stock available albeit disorganized. Do note that this is an outlet store. They mostly had older stock available in store. However, these older stocks are sold at a pretty good discount. I've picked up Freshfoam 860v12 for $180; $70 cheaper than v13. They don't do feet analysis and fitting is largely up to you. So you will probably want to know exactly what you want before going there.

Terrible experience. The back of one shoe collapsed within a year of purchase, and I’d only used them for light walking 1-3 days per week. I’ve had other brands of shoes last many years while also doing much more rigorous exercise. When I contacted them they said the particular ones I bought did have that problem, but they wouldn’t offer a discount or replacement. Really disappointing. Won’t buy NB again.
