Best place to shop in Auckland for unique local made gifts! We stumbled upon it. Lisa was fun and entertaining! We found so many cool gifts to bring back to the States!

Outstanding place to buy souvenirs that are handmade by locals! Everything felt very authentically New Zealand and it was great to feel like I was supporting small businesses. Reasonably priced and a good variety of items, from honey to earrings to postcards to kitchenware! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to bring home gifts for themselves or for others.

A cosy and wonderful shop with amazing and wonderful staff that makes you feel welcome upon entering, all the items found here where locally sourced and made and everything comes with its own artistic take yet so functional for daily use. I had to make another visit to pick up some lovely wool scarves that were so soft to the touch. Its a shops that will showcase interesting locally made items which I have not seen anywhere elese, you not regret a visit here even for a browse.

An excellent gift shop specialising in New Zealand made items. We visited on a whim and very pleased we did. Their range is diverse and the shop itself is well laid out. A great place to buy gifts or souvenirs - whether visiting or local.

Bought a great pounamu for my wedding from here. Owner and staff were so very nice knowledgeable, and helpful. Our toddler was having a meltdown and they even helped to look after him while we were looking at different items. Prices for pounamu here are also extremely good compared to other stores. Highly recommend this store.

Wow, a hidden gem! This is a great gift shop selling beautiful NZ art, gifts and souvenir items, set down a little lane in a garden courtyard. I was surprised by the size of the store inside (across two levels) and the range of things available. Topped off with friendly service, this is a must visit if you are looking for a gift for family overseas or a piece of beautiful NZ art.

Our granddaughter, over from Melbourne, wanted to buy some authentic Kiwi souvenirs and found Fantail House. What a lovely place with great stock supporting Aotearoa New Zealand artisans. We now know where to take overseas visitors for something special.

Really great kiwi gifts. Sent a beautiful swamp kauri serving board and painted ceramic platter to my son and his partner in Aussie. They arrived in one piece beautifully wrapped and protected. The kids loved them. Would definitely recommend 👌

Lady at this shop was unattentive, didn't even bother to greet me when I went to have a look. Called our group "intimidating" for her non existent customers that were no where to be seen 30mins from closing, as we waited for the bride and groom to finish their photo shoot a few stores away from hers. Just so you know, we were all in formal wedding attire, there is nothing intimidating about that, and we were at your entrance for less than 10minutes, there were no customers to be "intimidates" by us.

Beatiful shop! Best souvenir shop in Auckland so far. A big range of souvenir and craft works made in NZ. The owner is really kind and friendly. The location is a little bit far from the city center, but the area is really nice. Higly recommended!!

Full of wonderful creations produced by local artisans, the shopping experience was made all the more interesting and unique by Lisa (shop manager) who could tell me all about the people who actually made the things I bought. A shop that is easy to spend money in.
