I recently had a fantastic experience at Asics in auckland cbd. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. The store had a wide selection, and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend it for great customer service and stylish footwear.

Came here for some new casual shoes as I love my platforms and its hard to find any I like in my size, although the store didn't have the make or size avaliable for me to try on, Jacob kindly helped me find one to try anyway and put in a special order so I can get these awesome shoes, 10/10 customer service, super helpful, and I know I'll definitely be back when it comes to getting a new pair, love them!

I came into the store as my new Nimbus shoes were giving me issues on long runs (only a week out from doing the marathon), so I was worried if there was something wrong with the shoes, something wrong with my feet, or if I would even be looked after. Jacob the store manager and the his colleague Josh were so nice, they had the best customer service and actually cared about my issue. We soon found out I have a pronating foot and needed a different model with the right support, Jacob was so patient while we figured this out together it felt like he was on my team. I walked out of the store stoked as! Thank you Jacob!!

Had a gait analysis done by the team here and was asked all the right questions to ensure I was put in the shoe best fitted for my needs, made me feel reassured! On top of that, they were all so kind. This will be my new go to shop for when I need new running shoes. Customer service is impeccable!

Great looking new ASICS store, just opened. Has a big range of footwear and clothing plus a high tech foot assessment area upstairs.

Simon and his colleague (apologies I didn't catch her name) were great! Helpful, patient, and super friendly - a really good balance without being obtrusive. Thank you again! Bought shoes within 1 month soul come off. Taken to the retailer where it's been purchased no refund or replacement been given on top started arguing its compneys outlet store...very bad service

It says the shop is open till' 7pm. I came here from work and I wasted my time. Good idea if you update the real working time and in that way no one else suffers the same as me.

Served by Simon and his customer service was excellent. However, my shoes broke after I had it for just under 3 months. I only wear them for gym and Pilates, which fits for the shoes purpose so not sure it broke so easily within such a short period of time.

Ive been using kayanos since I tried them 7 years ago. never switched ever since. Now the 30 is out, got one and it feels just right... the staff assisted and explained the updates/upgrades done and when i tried it, i knew i had to get it. very helpful staff too!
