Everyone, WATCH OUT!! When you visit this store, make sure to check your receipt. Yesterday, I visited the store and paid $50 in cash to top up my hop card. However, the cashier only topped up $25, and my balance only shows $25. I immediately told him, "Hey, I asked for $50, not $25." And he topped up the rest of $25 again. But he didn't respond or say anything else.His attitude seems problematic and rather deliberate, rather than being just a mistake. Anyways, It may be an extreme speculation, but if I hadn't checked the receipt, he could claim that he received $25. Let's immediately check the receipt.

Worst customer service experience so far in nz. Went to purchase a vape from this store and the guy was so rude and worst in his behavior. Didn't allow to see the the vape at all. They will definitely loose all their customers if this continues. Will never visit.

False advertising. Get Two 500MLs V $7 and get s free V grap. How convienent they “ran out”. Please do not advertise all over the shop windows and fridge if you are not going to give them. To your reply, Yes I can read better than you ;)

I came in today after a long day at work to top up my HOP card and was served by Ahmed. I had forgotten my wallet at home and was trying to use my app to pay but it wasn't working for some reason. I asked Ahmed if I could do a bank transfer and he gave me his account without hesitation. I showed him the transfer receipt and even offered to give him my mobile number in case there were any issues but he kept telling me not to worry and that he trusted me. I was so moved by his kindness, patience and offer to help me when he could tell I was stressed. I will not forget this gesture. Thank you Ahmed the world needs more kind hearted people like you. Like robbery. A six small package tissue for 10 dollars. At least three times higher than the normal price. The guy working there even didn't scan it, just told me the price.

Great shop when needing something in a quick direction in city. Many types of snacks, biscuits, noodles, beverages, ice coffee and etc. this is my usual spot to top up my AT card. If you are required to top up late after normal hours, then top up here - they closes at 12AM midnight.

August 2020 I visited this shop to top up my HOP card, and the black man behind the counter falsely accused me of leaving a bad review on Google. So aggressive. From now on I will top up elsewhere. Goodbye, Civic Convenience store. You will never be missed if you're wound up.

Awesome convenience store with friendly staff and great manager. Good variety of products and open until late. They do AT top ups too which is so convenient as dairy is right next to the bus stop 👍

when I wanted to top up my card here twice , the staff was very rude and on one occasion he topped up the card with the wrong amount.
