Such an incredible park that is not spoken about enough. It’s massive and there’s boards along the way to tell you where you are. Dogs off leashes are kept in the centre. Incredible views and park is well maintained.

Beautiful building housing unique and wonderful art. Perfect for fans of art and historic buildings. There is a cafe on site which allows dining outside at the back of the building (perfect garden views).

A beautiful walk, the paths are well kept and although there it's a little up and down really enjoyed the day. Bring a picnic and enjoy the view

Truly a big park with hidden entrance that actually quite interesting for me (: Although the main entrance is easily noticed by the huge white Victorian styled building, but you could also enter this park from the side entrance by parking on the curb, right on the side of some residential. This park is used to be some sort of farmstead while also horses ranch, back on the days of the first European settlement in Aotearoa. The family who runs it, build the farmstead as familiar as how farm was built back at home. Although the history was fascinated me.. but truly my breathtaking moment was when I went up to the hillside then straight looking down into the city lights and there you could see Mt. Mangere too. Truly one majestic moment. I couldn't fathom that the family who runs it just built the best farmstead all over Auckland with this view (:

Surprisingly found this gorgeous piece of land nearby my residence! It's quiet, it's just the right size for a walk, jogging, dog walking or purely relaxing. Fantastic view from the peak to observe three kings, Royal oak and Hillsborough plus airport motorway. A historical are gallery situating at the entrance, just fabulous!

One of Auckland's hidden gems. A stunning park for the whole family to enjoy. Gorgeous mature trees and beautiful hills. Great for taking the dog to but make sure to pick up it's poop because I will accost you if you don't. Cafe at the arts center and a lovely gallery. There is a nice walking track around the whole park as well. Parking is available as well as restrooms

Perfect park for a stroll or letting your dog loose and run wild. There’s even an art gallery and a cafe in the heritage building. What more could you ask for?

This is My favourite park. It is absolutely stunning when the weather is nice. Especially the giant trees, the TSB art gallery and the lawn. Sadly sometimes there are rabbits on the lawn destroying tree roots by building their nests. I remembered that a huge tree was down several years ago because of the rabbit holes.

Nice tracks, nice park to stroll. Best part is it's a dog park I think, met these beautiful friendly playful fur babies. Highlight of our walk 😍🐕🐾. Enjoyed our pats and cuddles.

Enzo and I move monte Cecilia ! Great place for a loop walk and there is a small area for off leash zooms ! Great place as it doesn't get too muddy around the area !

A great place to walk around, enjoy the 100+ year old trees and be with nature. The dog basin is also a fantastic place to bring the pets to socialise with other dogs. Most dog owners who visit the place are responsible and pick up what is left behind.😀

What a beautiful Park! Had a lovely walk around with the dogs. Lots of friendly dog walkers out & about today, it being such a beautiful day. Didn’t get to see the gallery or stop and have a sit down at the cafe, but will definitely be back to do this.

Wonderful park for a stroll or to walk the dog. Peaceful with quite a lot of bird life. Homestead cafe and art gallery is close by to enjoy. Bring a picnic and enjoy the tranquillity.

Off Leash dog park with a nice short little walk around the park to the cafe. It was a perfect distance for our 5 month old pup labrador (or for smaller dogs) and our toddler. We then stopped at the cafe and had delicious morning tea.

Disappointed their menu is so offbeat. Nothing on it that really took my fancy and cabinet options are often limited. Food used to be amazing but these owners offer a very different type of menu which you will either like or not and unfortunately I am in the latter camp. Shame, as I am a local and used to go there all the time as the setting is so beautiful.

Best off leash dog park in this area. Beautiful views of Maukau Harbour. The PAH homestead has a nice cafe, dogs not allowed in. The art gallery is lovrly too.

Love going to Pah Homestead for Saturday free hour music from 12 -1. Normally have a coffee as well at the café. Great walks, funky art atmosphere and great open spaces. One of our favourite go to places. Cafe service can be a tad slow, hence the 4 star rating.

My New Favorite place to walk my Rottie and enjoy nature. Met awesome, amazing people and had some great conversation's. Also has a beautiful Art Gallery with local artist's on display with new art constantly coming in and out. Don't forget the Gold Coin Donation please and also has a solid Café for that coffee fix

Just a brilliant space, if you love art then this place is a must onsite cafe and they refresh the art every six weeks. It showcases outlier artists.. Superb way to spend a few hours

This is a nice dog park but only good if you have a dog. Lots of dogs. If you are scared of dogs you will find this place terrifying

Entry to the gallery is a donation. Beautiful sculptures scattered around the property. Good Cafe and cute little shop. Plenty of parking just a short walk away. It is well worth a visit.

Nice park - a little gem! Lots of different tree species. Off leash dog area. Cafe at the gallery is very good too.

This park is rather lovely, with some nice big old trees and wooded areas and wide open grass areas affording fantastic views of One Tree Hill. The park is probably a little overlooked as a place to visit but I'd well recommend it, with the bonus that you can go to the art gallery on the same visit.

Absolute beauty of a place to walk, run or meander through. Dog friendly in an immaculately kept park, dog water provided! Great coffee and one can sit, with their dog/s in the courtyard, located at the back of the cafe.

We enjoy a stroll through this park with its historic trees, sweeping lawns and views across Auckland. There is a large area for dogs to run off leash. The paths are well maintained.

beautiful park which is well maintained and looks stunning- even on a rainy day! the best part in my opinion is the fact that it is a dog friendly park!! all the off leash dogs are contained in the centre for people concerned about dogs coming near them, and there are many other areas in the park for people without dogs to visit!

It was a wonderful place. We went to the art gallery to see a portrait that one of my son's friends had entered into the competition then went for a walk outside. Beautifully kept gallery and grounds.
