A big luscious greenery of bushes, trees vegetation . It has safe playground for the children to play on not much equipment but good enough to play on. A flying fox. 2 toilets 🚻 are in the park. A drinking fountain for thirsty people. 3 entries to the park. 1 off great north rd The other at the end of glendon Ave and other half way down Holly Street. Great for walking its not flat but a good little walk about with the trees and bush.

Great wee park to stroll around in. Great views out west particularly in the evening. The big flat open grassy area is great for letting your dog off the leash. Playground looks fun too, and there are toilets and a water fountain. Carpark can occasionally host a car boot drinking party, but never had any trouble.

Lovely park, perfect for a morning walk to feel the cool breeze or to relax and get your mind off of things. Lots of greenery and it is well maintained.

Clean and expandable park. there are play ground for children to play and enjoy themselves. There are also couple of unisex toilets provided with automatic lock and open. Also both toilet has music system turn on automatically when you choose to lock the door. It is huge park you can walk your dog there.

Very nice bush walk. But steep at certain places. But it still is a nice walk.

Heron park, has been one of my Favoured parks for my pooch for years. Great to meet other dogs. Good for dog training and also has a high tech playground installed for kids. My morning walk normally involves laps around the park and my pooch is always super excited to be here Sterling Arnet Kakapo Business Sales

Absolutely beautiful walk in the suburbs. Clean area and great pathways. Leads to children's playground with beautiful views and huge open grass areas for dogs to run around or families to sit and have picnics.

Very nice park, with public toilet and a playground. Cool place for picnic during summer specially the back area where pine trees are.

Better parks around, this is basically a paddock and full of holes - almost like they've kept large animals on it. Can't run small dogs or people on it as they'd break their legs. Recommend elsewhere if you're able.

A great dog park, Good parking,, kids play area. Nice concrete walkways, so pushchair and wheelchair friendly. A variety of large ball throwing spaces/off leash areas. Bush walk, a little stream, water taps, rubbish bins. No public toilet atm.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Wonderful place for the kids, with alot of safety measures taken but be ware it's not an enclosed park and it might be risky if the kids will run out to the road. But generally it's a fun place for the kids and an open space for the adults.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ One amazing place for anything to do with kiddos. Be ready to spend at least couple of hours here, playing on playground, exploring hidden spots of the park (beach included) and enjoying spectacular views of Auckland.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Awesome splash pad with a great playground as well (more than whats in the photo). Not a lot of shade but new trees have been planted for the future. There's also a skate park, a court and public toilets. Kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave.
