Forgot to pick up my daughter's 18th key on Saturday due to a funeral and the shop is closed on Sundays but out of the kindness of the shop owners hearts, he went out of his way and gave me a time to pick the key, therefore, I was able to pick up my daughter's key. 1 million thank yous and greatly appreciated.

Ring was purchased from stonex as a engagement ring, the ring was resized by rajesh from stonex otahuhu. The ring was then gifted to my fiancè who then went back to UK, the ring then deformed and lost its shape due to the resizing as was filed down flat and lost its strength, the shank was then fixed in uk as a cost to my fiancè.Emailed numerous times but never got replies back to help resolve a stonex jewellers poor workmanship
