Fantastic
to
deal
with
on
the
first
few
encounters.
Jenni
and
John
were
super
friendly
and
helped
me
and
my
partner
pick
out
our
wedding
rings.
Unfortunately
after
taking
my
ring
home
I
noticed
the
size
was
incorrect
and
brought
it
back
within
the
first
couple
weeks
for
some
advice.
I
was
told
to
wait
until
closer
to
the
wedding
to
be
certain
before
resizing,
no
resizing
fee
was
mentioned.
I
took
the
ring
back
recently
and
asked
to
get
it
resized.
I
was
told
they
could
not
be
resized
and
that
they
would
have
to
tack
spots
on
the
interior
of
the
ring
(which
would
cost
and
didn't
sound
great)
or
send
it
back
to
the
supplier
to
swap
out
(no
fee
mentioned)
I
was
contacted
later
that
week
that
resizing
was
done
and
a
fee
of
$150
had
to
be
paid.
I
questioned
what
the
fee
was
for
and
got
no
straight
answer.
I
explained
I
was
not
communicated
with
before
that
action
was
taken
and
what
the
actions
would
cost.
I
explained
as
them
being
the
experts
the
ring
should
be
sized
correctly
from
the
start
and
communication
should
be
clear
but
I
am
happy
to
pay.
I
was
met
with
rude
remarks
and
blamed
for
not
choosing
the
correct
size
from
the
start.
I
offered
to
pay
half
of
the
fee
due
to
not
being
communicated
with
before
actions
were
taken
on
the
ring.
I
apologised
for
the
inconvenience,
which
was
met
with
a
response
of
"yes
it
was
an
inconvenience."
I
consider
myself
a
polite
and
friendly
person
to
deal
with,
I
did
not
raise
my
voice
or
make
any
rude
remarks.
I
am
not
naming
names
or
pointing
fingers
at
who
I
dealt
with,
we
all
have
bad
days
and
are
going
through
things.
I
was
polite
and
asking
genuine
questions,
which
was
met
with
avoidance,
rude
remarks
and
an
uncomfortable
situation.
Please
don't
treat
future
customers
the
same
way
as
I
was
treated.
I
will
not
be
back
to
be
an
inconvenience
to
you
again.
