I searched throughout the Auckland and Bay of Plenty areas for a jeweller that I felt comfortable handcrafting my now fiancés engagement ring and then we found Scott. He was always contactable whether over an email, in person or via phone, very personable and just a decent guy. Bespoke handcrafted jewellery to the highest standard. I can’t recommend Scott highly enough for any future requirements as we will be heading back to see Scott for our wedding bands as his service was faultless and like no other. I recently worked with Scotty at Culet to design an engagement ring for my partner. I was referred to him by a friend of mine. Like most Kiwi males, I'd never stepped inside a jeweller for more than 1 minute and 31 seconds. I came back to Culet three times. And for my next engagement, I'll go back again (kidding - it will be for wedding bands). The experience was great. I never felt insecure about my budget. I learned a lot. Got inspired. And even walked away with some wisdom that reframed my idea of a proposal. Turns out jewellery is super cool. There's maps and charts and data and sketches and 3D renders and at Culet, there's great people to guide you along the journey. Most importantly, my now fiancé absolutely buzzed the hell out when she put the incredible bespoke design on her finger for the first time. "I feel like a celebrity" she said. Words also fitting to summarise my Culet experience. I'm not a celebrity by any means, but Scott and the team certainly made me feel as important as one along the way. Culet, all day.

We started with a bespoke gold chain and ended up with my partners engagement ring with many items in-between. The personal service coupled with Scotts attention to detail and great feedback made the whole process easy and highly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Culet for any jewelry needs.

Our experience with Culet was disappointing. Once we paid the deposit for my engagement ring, the communication and service dropped off. The ring setting was not balanced, with one of the outer three stone diamonds sitting far lower than the other. This was not picked up by Culet but was quickly resolved when I raised it. The ring itself is lovely and I am happy with it now.

The customer service is excellent as is the quality of the rings. We had an instance where we weren't 100% happy with the ring so Scott ended up completely remaking the rings for us until we were 100% satisfied. Would highly rate and recommend for anyone looking for high quality jewellery/engagement rings

Scott at Culet Jewellery is great at what he does and you can see why he has such positive reviews. I recently purchased an engagement ring and the whole process was fantastic. He is extremely personable, listens and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for you. Best of all the quality of the diamond (and engagement ring) was excellent and my fiancee and I couldn't be happier with the results. He is transparent and provides detailed videos of the diamond so you know what you are getting. If you are in the market for a ring I would definitely pop in to see him, I did the rounds and I don't believe you will find anyone better, you won't be disappointed.
