Unpleasant

Receptionist

The
administration
of
Mt
roskil
medical
&
surgical
centre
I
am
writing
to
express
my
dissatisfaction
with
the
service
I
received
during
my
recent
visit
to
the
hospital
on
16
Oct
'23
at
approximately
3:35pm.
I
encountered
an
incident
that
left
me
deeply
displeased
and
concerned
about
the
professionalism
of
your
staff.
The
receptionist
on
duty,
whose
name
I
don't
want
to
disclose
for
now,
exhibited
rudeness
and
insensitivity
throughout
our
interaction.
However,
the
most
distressing
part
of
the
encounter
was
when
I
was
asked
to
remain
inside
the
restroom
with
my
daughter
for
15
minutes
as
part
of
the
COVID
testing
procedure.
This
request
not
only
seemed
highly
unorthodox
but
also
raised
questions
about
the
hospital's
testing
protocols
that
forcing
me
and
my
daughter
to
stay
in
a
very
unhygienic
place.
I
believe
that
such
a
directive
compromises
the
dignity
and
comfort
of
patients
and
is
not
in
line
with
the
standard
practices
for
conducting
COVID
tests.
This
experience
left
me
feeling
humiliated
and
concerned
about
the
overall
quality
of
service
provided
by
the
hospital.
I
kindly
request
that
you
investigate
this
matter
promptly
and
take
appropriate
actions
to
ensure
that
no
other
patient
has
to
endure
a
similar
experience.
Additionally,
I
urge
you
to
review
and
reinforce
your
staff's
training
on
customer
service
and
appropriate
conduct.
I
trust
that
you
will
treat
this
complaint
with
the
seriousness
it
deserves
and
take
the
necessary
steps
to
address
the
issues
raised.
I
look

resolution
of

matter.
