My family have been going to Palomino Medical Centre for about 8 years now and wouldn't dream of changing. Jason Hasan is a knowledgeable and caring GP, I always feel very comfortable and confident in the care he provides to my family. Henriette is amazing. She is always so lovely and friendly, knows all the patients and remembers little details about their lives which really makes you feel valued. She always goes above and beyond and she keeps the place ticking! I would recommend Palomino Medical Centre to absolutely everyone!!

We've been patients at Palomino medical centre for over a year, and both Henriette and Dr. Hasan are amazing. I've always been able to see Dr. Hasan on the same day, and he has taken great care of my family, going above and beyond what I would expect. I'm very glad we found them!

Have been going to Palomino Medical for over 10 years now - since moving house I now travel half an hour to go there! But it’s worth it - Jason is a really good Doctor, always takes the time to explain everything and make you comfortable. Henriette is the light of the practice - it’s always great to hear her voice on the phone when I call to make an appointment. She knows all the regular patients so well and is so kind and caring yet efficient and hardworking. It wouldn’t be the same without her! They are a great team and I can’t recommend them enough :)

Dr Jason Hasan has been our family doctor for many years. By far the best doctor I've ever been to. Very thorough and caring, always makes sure we are comfortable and happy with consult. Henriette is so lovely and always very prompt with calls regarding results. They make going to the doctors very pleasant.

Jason Hasan is the best doctors we ever have. He knows us individually as if all the information come up automatically off his memory. He’s a very efficient and kind doctor who treats his patients with love and care. I can’t stress enough how good he is as a GP. Even doctors from Starship told us that we’ve got a great GP. Henriette is such a lovely medical receptionist who’s very proactive and always pleasant to the patients. We are quite lucky to have Palomino Medical as our local medical practice. I highly recommend them anytime!

The team at Palomino Medical Center are great. Jason is an excellent doctor and Henriette is always kind and friendly and fits us in for appointments when we need, she lets us know if there is a wait time (rarely) but that is no issue- sometimes patients need more time, having worked in dental practices before I know that these things happen and fitting people in to a full day is tricky and we are very grateful. The recall system is fantastic, to have a call for my children's upcoming vaccination appointments takes one more thing off my mind!

For those looking at private healthcare for themselves or for their family, Palomino Medical Centre is truly the best practice in West Auckland. The receptionist Henriette is extremely friendly and caters to all requests while Dr. Hasan is professional and has always treated his clients well. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend this practise enough! The attention to detail and care for your whole family is something that’s hard to find in this day & age. My daughter was recently in hospital and the hospital Dr prescribed the wrong medication to her, Dr Hasan called me and advised me of their error and provided the correct script immediately after he’d reviewed her discharge documents. Took a further three days for the hospital to even contact me, in which time she was already on the correct medication and finally making an improvement. I’m so grateful to him for how diligent he is.

I have been with the Palomino Medical Centre for many years now and the staff at really care about their patients wellbeing - from the lovely Henriette to the thorough Dr. Hasan. You will always be well looked after and I would recommend this lovely team to everyone.

Have been coming to see Dr Jason Hasan for 4 plus years and have alway been very happy with the expertise. Dr Jason has great experience and always had good advice and treats all matters with concern. Henriette is great very friendly and makes appointments easy also very helpful.

This medical centre has always been great for us. We have been patients for quite some time and have found Dr Hasan very through and Henriette, the receptionist/nurse is always willing to help with appts as much as possible. We would highly recommend the practice.

Out of touch / out of date Medical Centre. Doctor is unable to discuss modern day medicines / alternatives despite the public health sector encouraging the education of MC with Doctor's. Unfortunately this Centre has no interest in even engaging in those conversations, just operating with very outdated old perspectives / mentalities. It's 2023, and this Clinic is operating as if it's out of the 1980s.

Honestly would highly recommend to come here, the doctor is super friendly and Harriette is always welcoming, they always support and put effort into everything that comes their way. Thank you 😊
