Now at the NEW location for about a month, convienetly situated by the entrance into the hospital. New building, plenty parking spaces. New equipments, quiet and comfy interior, dressing room etc. My personal experience is that the receptionist was very slow for a new and key site. Not too sure if she is relatively new to the role or not as she needed to refer complex enquiries to the staff sitting in the little office behind as they were chatting away. Not paying attention to the front desk etc. All front line staff should be readily to come out and acknowledge incoming foot traffic. It made the reception looked extremely understaffed with people waiting and calls coming in at same time but one staff on the counter only. One would naturally expect better and efficient service from the reception to go with the brand new and purposely built venu. The actual medical staff were friendly and on time.

Great service, awesome staff, better price than one of the others I went to previously. Only downsides were that it was really hard to download my digital images from my ultrasound- they seemed to only be downloadable one at a time instead of all in one set and with over 50 images it took a while, and that my ultrasound report got someone else's baby notes on it and we were told they couldn't be deleted.

Rebecca is very awesome. During the ultrasound, she was super caring and thoughtful. For example, she asked me a few times like how I feel, am I okay. She wanted to make sure I feel comfortable as much as possible. I was a little nervous before entering the room. After talking with Rebecca, I felt more relaxed and supported. And the lady from reception is also very professional and caring. Amazing place! Highly recommended!

I had Rebecca do my pregnancy ultrasound and she was amazing! Such a positive and informative sonographer. Reception staff were also very good. I was trying to find myself an urgent booking and they called me straight away when they received a cancellation. Will definitely be coming back :)

My first time having an ultra sound with Auckland radiology group Henderson and I was very pleased with the service I received upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly receptionist and got me all ready for my appointment, I had my scan done by Rebecca and she was just lovely she made me feel very comfortable and took her time checking my little baby. She gave me amazing photos and a USB I couldn’t of been happier.

Been to several Radiology clinics recently. None this organised. Had to visit Lincoln Rd during lockdown after accident. Brilliant service, all staff and technicians super polite and genuine....not that common these days. Follow ups and passing on of info was fast, concise and efficient, great company.

I had my pregnancy scan today with doctor Dray. It was definitely the best experience I’ve had and me and my partner we agree on that. It was a really friendly environment and great experience. Also, all the front line staff was very welcoming. The place was clean and organised. I will definitely come back and I would recommend the place to everyone. Thank you!

Process at ARG in Henderson was of high standard. Receptionist were helpful, informative and polite. MRI scan was efficient and faster than expected, staff were super friendly and also made you feel comfortable and relaxed. CT scan process was exceptional, staff were accomodating, and friendly. Over all experience was great and I would highly recommend their professionalism and service.

I’ve visited this branch a couple of times and recommend it. On my last visit, sonographer Leann was amazing and did an excellent job.

First time coming here, came for a growth scan. Receptionist was welcoming and warm. Lovely place. Didn’t have any issues here, had a bad experience at Auckland X-ray in Mt Eden hence me trying this place out. It’s a bit pricey. However the service was good. 😊

Very bad experience. Regretting why I came to you guys. These guys told me they have send the X-rays reports to doctor, I went to see doctor next day and doctor is still waiting for the report. I have to wait there for 3 hours to just get the report.

My first ultrasound at 6-7weeks was very unpleasant. The sonographer, EILYAAS ASHRAFF from Henderson Radiology couldn’t find a heartbeat but the fetus seem to be growing well within the timeline period of how far along I am. I am only 6-7 weeks and she automatically and coldly just rule it out as me having a miscarriage, no confirmation from my Dr yet and giving me false information about her consulting her supervisier and we would receive a call from radiology about it. Apparently that’s not how your procedure works, so I was waiting around for a call that was never going to come causing so much stress to my partner and I. Midwives and new mothers I know personally told me it’s usually 7-10 weeks a heart beat can be strongly detected. Teaching school from Nelson even say pass 12 weeks is when they look for a heartbeat. Some mothers even see the heart beat on the third scan not the first. My own GP agrees it’s too early to say this is a miscarriage. The stress and frustration from health care workers that provide inadequate services with my pregnancy will not be pushed under a rug and go unnoticed again like my first pregnancy. Situations like this makes me lose hope and confidence with all healthcare workers regarding if they doing their job correctly. I will not go back there ever, I recommend EILYAAS ASHRAFF to retrain herself how to speak to patients because she has no right to tell me my pregnancy will “ultimately be a miscarriage” her exact words. Unacceptable

Staff lovely and beautiful facility. Disappointingly no baby change area in the toilets and had to change my newborn baby in the car park. Not a great look for a healthcare facility that does imaging for children (what we were specifically visiting for).
