Very
disappointed
with
my
Botox
experience
at
Laser
Clinics
Takapuna.
I
have
had
Botox
for
many
years
and
was
a
customer
of
the
Botany
Branch
with
great
results
so
thought
it
was
a
no
brainer
to
try
Takapuna
when
we
moved
here.
My
first
treatment
with
a
different
nurse
in
February
was
great
however
my
second
visit
beginning
of
May
was
nothing
short
of
AWFUL.
Firstly
the
nurse
got
a
blood
vessel
that
was
intensely
painful
and
blew
up
immediately,
this
took
a
while
to
go
down.
I
requested
a
look
that
was
not
frozen
and
an
eyebrow
lift
as
per
my
previous
visit.
Three
days
after
treatment
I
noticed
my
eyelid
was
starting
to
droop
so
I
phoned
for
an
early
review,
the
nurse
agreed
it
had
dropped
and
injected
more
product
into
not
just
the
drooping
eye
but
the
other
one
too
to
lift
the
eye
which
I
found
strange
as
it
was
only
one
eye
that
had
dropped.
I
woke
up
the
next
morning
and
my
vision
was
blurry,
I
could
not
read
my
phone
or
see
screens
clearly
(even
with
glasses)
thank
god
it
resolved
overnight.
After
another
week
my
eyelids
were
now
both
drooping
even
further
(not
lifted
as
requested)
and
my
forehead
was
completely
frozen
with
no
movement
whatsoever
so
I
went
in
for
my
already
pre-booked
second
review,
the
nurse
then
said
she
would
do
less
next
time
in
forehead
and
offered
to
inject
more
product
to
do
a
‘lift’
but
I
told
her
I
had
no
confidence
in
her
abilities
and
I
requested
a
refund.
Once
I
had
the
business
owners
details
I
emailed
her
and
she
proceeded
to
inform
me
that
I
had
signed
a
waiver,
not
to
worry
as
Botox
wears
off
and
offered
me
two
yellow
light
treatments
three
days
apart
as
compensation.
My
point
was
I
didn’t
pay
over
$700
for
droopy
eyelids
and
since
the
nurse
not
only
couldn’t
correct
the
droop
but
actually
made
them
worse,
I
should
be
able
to
get
some
form
of
refund
-
I
offered
to
take
the
value
of
the
two
yellow
light
treatments
as
a
refunded
amount
as
I
have
a
young
baby
at
home,
am
returning
to
full
time
work
this
week
and
no
time
to
keep
coming
into
the
clinic
which
she
did
not
even
acknowledge,
she
simply
ignored
my
offer
completely.
Just
more
comments
on
how
‘normal’
this
is
and
how
Botox
wears
off.
I
sent
her
progress
images
of
my
eyelids
and
she
requested
I
come
back
into
the
clinic
to
take
verified
images.
Well
I
had
already
been
in
three
times
and
I
simply
don’t
have
the
time
to
waste
on
multiple
further
visits.
I
have
been
having
Botox
for
10+
years
and
NEVER
have
I
had
such
a
poor
application
and
on
top
of
that
to
be
told
it
is
normal
is
just
not
acceptable.
When
applied
correctly,
Botox
gives
a
great
result,
I
am
now
one
month
post
Botox
and
have
paid
$725
for
two
drooping
eyelids
and
a
forehead
that
won’t
move.
I
have
never
had
such
a
poor
result
and
nothing
about
this
treatment
was
‘normal’.
I
will
never
go
back
and
I
would
not
recommend
this
clinic
to
anyone
for
this
particular
treatment
based
on
my
experience.
