I had the hydradermabrasion treatment and I could feel zaps from the electric current even though the website does not mention that on some parts of the face the current might be felt. The staff did not properly go through the possible side effects and post treatment advice as well after the treatment as well. A few days after I noticed a slightly pale patch with exposed veins. Unfortunately, these wonderful ladies aren't dermatologists and I doubt they are fully capable of really understanding my skin.

I have tried to contact the clinic regarding my horrific masseter Botox experience which has left me not being able to smile as too much was out in and in the wrong place. This is a warning to anyone going there for Botox treatment I paid the most for Botox then anywhere else ( nz and worldwide ) and now I can’t smile. I have been getting this treatment for over 10 years once a year and this has not happened to me anywhere else. I also asked to still be able to move my forehead which I can’t but this isn’t the biggest issue , when you can’t smile the same it’s very obvious that something isn’t quiet right .Tread carefully

I signed on with Caci Northwest a few months ago and at first I was a little apprehensive as I had a bad experience with a peel and have pigmentation issues so they recommended I do facials and try micro needling. My skin is starting to look so good the pigmentation has faded already and I love the products they definitely do what there supposed to. Also the staff there are fabulous so warm and welcoming and especially loved my last visit as I had been very stressed out and the lady who is from Chile gave me the best facial massage it was like she took all my stress away. Highly recommend the Northwest branch 🤩🤩😍😍
