The staff are absolutely amazing, from the receptionist, nurses and doctors!! They are very friendly, the very best family doctors that i have been to. All i can say is WOW, was really blown away with the service that they have provided. The doctors won’t rush you when it comes on assessing you, they will go thoroughly and make sure all your needs have been met. Just wow. Highly recommend this clinic.

At first, this practice was very good. Was very easy to get in touch with them. Was super easy to make appointments as they had their booking system on their app. Understand this was removed during the pandemic, however even when we were in the green light or up until now, it's been very hard to get in touch with anyone at this practice. They do not pick up calls and they no longer answer emails. They've really dropped the ball now. Might be looking into a new GP soon.

My husband and I couldn’t ask for better doctors ❤️ Drs. Shepherd and Lutui are the best! You will definitely get the quality treatment that you deserve. And of course, Their staff and nurses are also superb! Friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The clinic is clean and organised too! On top of this, you book appointment using their health app :)

I'm so disappointed and feel let down by my own Dr who I hardly ever see anyway. You have to plan in advance to see a doctor, like how can we plan to get sick, once early last year and now this week I really need to see a dr and next available appointment is in 3 days!!! I only asked for a phone consul which would really only take about 2 mins but have to wait for 3 days!!! you get 1 star and time for me to move onto someone else, I cannot take this 3 day wait any more

Very unprofessional, Its been a week, i am trying to make appointment. After a week i have got the phone consultation. And they moved my timing without informing me. Breach of consumer rights and i am going to file legal complaint. It happend with me in the past as well. I have written apology from them. But its seems they dont want to learn. Nobody replies even on the email. No responsiblity.

This clinic is just absolutely amazing. From their receptionists, nurses and doctors. All of them are professionally trained and experienced. If most clinics in Auckland are similar to this one, most people will have a good day just by visiting them. Keep up the good work.

My son is a patient at Southpoint Family Doctors and I wish I had enrolled him sooner. I am always able to get him an appointment the day before and sometimes even on the same day Not having to wait a week for an appointment like some GPs is great. The reception staff will always do their best to make it work and find us an appointment as soon as possible. Overall the staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating, they even have bubbles available for children that are uneasy at the doctors which my son really loves. If you are looking for a new GP to enrol, Southpoint Family Doctors is honestly the best!

Amazing Staff. The doctors and nurses never rush you. They are very thorough with their assessment in effort to ensure that your needs are being met. Everyone is very kind, gentle and friendly

Lovely team including all the doctors, nurses and receptionists! I agree with some of the comments below - their service may not be as “amazing” as used to be in terms of accomodating an appointment request etc but I’m afraid it’s happening everywhere in Auckland now. But despite that, overall the team is always lovely and caring. My daughter and I are so thankful. I moved to East Auckland last year and have no plans moving my GP! Thank you team!

This place has absolutely atrocious customer service. The doctors and nurses are fine but the customer service to book in appointments and even calling is so bad. The receptionist is the WORST most of the time the phone doesn't get picked up they closed at 5:30pm but from 4pm the "sorry we are closed message is on" the receptionist 3 times i have been now has tried to charge me the wrong amount most of time she doesnt even know what she is doing and is slow

Patient here for 4 years now. Exceptional service and care from the whole team of reception, nurses and doctors. Even in difficult times like covid and lockdowns they communicated well and provide great care. Dr Hine is awesome!

Have been using south point for years would not go to another GP I’m not sure what staff are still onsite but the old team of Daniel Dr Hina and Dr shepherd are extremely kind and knowledgeable they do care about you Hopefully the current staff are living up to the values as I’m sure they are.

I am soo gutted with my experience today came for my son who is 3 yrs old waited in a room for 1hr 40min before we were seen by a Dr, I am gutted becuz I loved coming here been with South point since it opened with Dr Fiona & Hina who have always been amazing...customer service needs to be better...unfortunately this is the second time we've waited ridiculous times to se a Dr and to wait that long with a toddler...was told a prescription will be sent to a pharmacy of choice went there & it wasn't there...called receptionist they were going to follow up but haven't heard back...unfortunately will be moving family to another practice

Great doctors but trying to get threw to them to make a appointment is absolutely ridiculous have rung twice in one morning to try make a appointment first time on hold for 10 mins second time ringing still on hold coming up to 8 mins answer the phones

Calling and booking is really fast and easy and everyone is friendly. Honestly nothing more to expect but a very good GP to sign up for.
