Our family household came to the clinic for a Covid screening swab due to the current West Auckland outbreak. Mary, the Senior Nurse of the clinic took us all through the test. She was extremely professional informing us all of the process etc which was great. What struck me most was how warm, caring and down to earth Mary was. She was able to put us all at ease and I'm thankful of this. Would highly recommend the clinic based on this interaction alone.

I have known Dr Fred for more than 5 years. He is very thorough, genuinely cares about his patents and very kind. He manages my parents' health very well. We had covid during Christmas an new year holiday. He called us everyday to check our status until our results become negative.

Although, there is extra charge ($20) on Saturday consulation and the first consultion will charge more. Dr is very professional, and the reception is very nice. my family just relocate to AKL, Thanks to all the staff to take care our family.

Dr. Fred is truly an exceptional doctor! For two months, I had a condition that I thought was insignificant until last Friday when it began to worsen. With little notice, I urgently contacted Dr. Fred for an appointment. Once he examined me, he quickly took action by reaching out to two hospitals to ensure I received prompt care. I was moved to tears witnessing the dedication and effort he put into persuading Auckland Hospital of the seriousness of my illness. Dr. Fred's commitment to his patients is unmatched, and I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

Went in for a COVID swab today and was met by a lovely nurse named Mary. She was very thorough, cleaning, personal details and went thought my queries (my first swab). The swab was quick and easy. Absolutely would recommend this place, stunning customer service and was super fast.
