I had laser hair removal at this clinic, despite the clinic just opening I found the staff super professional and experienced. The service was respectful, personable and seamless. The therapist talked me through the whole process, what I can expect from the treatment and what kind of results I can expect. I felt like I was in safe hands. The treatment was efficient and they had a sale on, so super affordable. I can't wait to come back and continue my treatment program. I am excited for the results and to see the team at Laser Clinics New Zealand Sylvia Park again.

I had my services done here with Tyler- she was absolutely incredible. Super attentive to me and my concerns, answered any and ALL questions I had. Made sure my tattoos were covered during the session as to not damage them. She checked in often to make sure the setting was okay and I was comfortable. She is an absolute sweetheart and the services that she provided me with were thorough and VERY well done. Absolutely a pleasure and by far THE BEST service I've received at any laser clinic. Would highly recommend receiving a service from her she is absolutely wonderful, super professional, SO kind and caring!!!

Laser Clinic Sylvia Park Branch Really unimpressed with the customer service provided and the way they handle their mistakes. If I can give a zero star I would. On 17th of March I purchased a laser service for my full arm from the Laser Clinic website. My first session was booked on the 27th of March. Upon arrival of my first treatment the staff advised me that I had not paid for the treatment yet. I presented them my bank transaction history which showed the deduction from them. I was utterly disgusted when the staff member told me to email their IT department to resolve the issue, the issue which they caused! This is unacceptable and it’s not my responsibility as a customer to resolve their IT problem. On the same day I booked for my next session which was the on the 24th of April. On the day when I arrived the staff member told me that my account had been deleted by a person named Darren and asked if I knew who Darren was. I have no idea who Darren is. So once again Laser Clinic Sylvia Park has made an error which caused my appointment for the day to be cancelled. Laser Clinic Sylvia Park has wasted so much of my time. What I’m concerned about are my Personal information and account because I questioned the staff whether Darren worked at the clinic, staff member advised they have no idea who Darren is, and Darren was not one of their staff members. Laser Clinic Sylvia Park need to realIy pick up their game as this is not good enough. I want an answer as to why this keeps happening.

My name is Nadia so Karen knows who I am. Karen is absolutely fabulous and so are the staff. I had dysport done and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I never felt rushed and barely felt the needle go in. Some places you feel like they're trying to just take your money but I git a better price here then I did anywhere else. I would give 10 stars if I could and I'll be back again . Very happy :)

I love this clinic! I see Karen who is a highly experienced and skilled cosmetic nurse (and an all round delightful person). I drive from miles away to come here because no-one else comes close. Just so grateful to have found her! ❤️

First time booking any laser hair removal treatments and I’m glad I chose this place! It’s been a great experience so far - have been to my 4th visit now. The clinic is very welcoming when you first walk in and is seamlessly run. The staff are professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Tyler was very informative and attentive, explained the whole process to me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. The procedure itself is super fast and surprisingly painless! The place is new so it’s really clean and tidy. I bought my treatments when they had a sale on and it made it much more affordable. Highly recommend!

All I wanted to do was spend $173 on a hydra facial but was forced to create an account in order to pay. Since I was buying for my mother from Australia, I had to make up a phone number as it insisted it begin with 02. After about 15 attempts with the re capture nonsense I gave up. It was for the best though because apparently the treatments are non transferable anyway! I didn’t realise y this company was so allergic to money

I had an excellent service done at Laser Clinic. I was very happy with my aesthetician Maya. She did an outstanding job, job done to perfection. Would highly recommend! ☺️ job done at Sylvia Park.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now ... I always have the best experience and time with all the lovely staff at LCNZ (Sylvia park) but the last few times i've visited have been such a pleasure. I have previously brought a few people along with me to enjoy some of the services that the clinic offers and they all say pleasant things. The facials are great, the laser treatments are fantastic, and the service is the best! Tyler always greets me with a smile from ear to ear that can be noticed even with her mask on. She has made me feel very comfortable in the most uncomfortable situations which is greatly appreciated. She is always so cheerful and willing to help (even during her lunch breaks!)

Beautiful, clean and tidy facilities. Staff are super polite, helpful and supportive of your preferences. I had Sophie and she made the process of a brazilian a lot less uncomfortable for me! I highly recommend this branch. AMAZING

Been to other Laser Clinics NZ and this one is by far the best. I think the girl who did my laser is Avi and the results were very different compare to previous experience in other Laser Clinics.

I went to LHC Sylvia park for LHR treatment. I have done 2 treatments so far and I felt great with the whole experience. The atmosphere of the clinic is very calm. I was treated by 2 different staff and they both were professionally trained and knew what they were doing, which meant I felt very comfortable while getting the treatment. The staff are very bubbly and caring and checked on me by asking every few minutes I was comfortable. So if you are thinking about getting LHR, don’t be nervous, just go and have a chat with the girls. They explain everything and answer all your questions and will make you feel comfortable.

Avi is amazing! I called up quite upset as my appointment got cancelled at a different laser clinic and I was checking to see if there was any chance they could fit me in. I was on a very tight schedule as I had a plane to catch, but Avi bent over backwards to get me an appointment straight away. She is excellent at her job and does everything so accurately. She is so warm and friendly I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Avi!

I have purchased services from Laser Clinics Sylvia Park. I called to book my 4th Session and I ask for specific person to have a treatment with. I have had my previous 2 sessions. And I got to know from ‘Ma’ who was talking with me that they don’t have roasters. If I am booking time now and that person is not available I cannot cancel it nor the same person going to treat me. Ma again was in so much hurry to not talk with me that she was only wanted to know if I want to book or not. If that’s company Policy, why I have not informed when I did ask same thing previously?

Hands down the best beauty parlor that I have ever been too. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly - they make you feel at so much ease during treatments and I always leave with a smile on my face. Could not recommend this clinic enough!!!!
