First time into this branch, but a return client for the same dentist, new place and very pleasant experience. Broke my tooth overnight, booked an appointment over the phone, got a confirmation very soon the same night, attended to the appointment in the morning, and out within 30 minutes issues resolved. Experienced and knowledgeable staff, nice place to be in. What better can it get.

First time and it was breeze, I dont go outside much so was nervous and anxious but it was algood. Friendly and good prices too with afterpay as an option aswell. Will be my dentist to go to now. Thank yous

The place is very clean and beautiful. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. I’m so thankful to Dr. Anwari because he accepted my son’s case with just the MoH subsidy. My son was in pain because of impacted wisdom tooth. The dental clinic where he was enrolled is charging us 2000nzd per tooth! And other clinics wouldn’t accept because the subsidy was not that much. I’m so glad I found this place! They are amazing and so helpful.

I went to the massey max care dental. Because they were offered a free examination and quote. I needed a full extraction and full dentures . The dentist and assistant we're very patient with me as I was nervous and anxious. they were informative with each step of the whole process and what to expect. The extraction was absolutely painless and I'm very happy with my new dentures. And when you get your dentures They give you a case to put your dentures in and a form with information on how to take care of them to take home. Overall I am absolutely happy with my experience and recommend massey max care dental.

Be careful! Went for the free exam. He saw my teeth and said I have 6 holes which need fillings, that will cost me 1500$. I was suspicious about that and went for a another private clinic, Saw a real doctor who care about my mouth and not about my money, he said I don't have any serious cavities and even made a X-ray to confirm that. He cared for my mouth with minimal damage and took 375$ for the whole treatment. I learned a big lesson! Go for the professionals

Staff member needs to be trained in customer service walked in asking for emergency appt for ACC after my 10yr old chipped his tooth at the local school across from them, this was the closest, the rude female with an accent who came out asked his age more than 3 times told us no they don’t take under 14year olds and told us to return to school dental who had sent us there in the first place being ACC I then asked if she was the dentist which she confirmed “yes I am! wow no sympathy for a child in distress or offer or recommendation on where to take him, frantically trying to call the school dental who was dumbfounded as well, a business who clearly puts profits over people or children!!! Walked out in the end…Would be Zero stars if I could choose this option👎

My first dental work after not going to a dentist for over a decade. Despite my anxiety and having unpleasant experiences in the past, the work I had done was painless, effective and efficient. The surgeon gave me a quote through the free consultation process and a plan was put in place. It was an expense well spent and I'll be going back again. Highly recommended. Currently 33wks pregnant and needed to have 2 teeth removed as my wisdom tooth was impacting a decaying back tooth. The back tooth was infected and causing pain, so it was necessary to get removed. After being quoted by multiple dentist in Auckland, Maxcare dentist made me feel confident in his ability to remove both teeth whilst ensuring my safety and comfort. This clinic also has different payment options and quoted reasonably compared to others, The dentist was efficient and I highly recommend.
