We had a very bad expereince at Westgate Medical Centre and decided to change over to Hobsonville Family Doctors. Well, the clinic's name is a true reflection of who they are. It was like being welcomed into a really nice family. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was so warm and welcoming. We got to see Dr. Torrance and we were so happy with him. He completely exceeded my expectations. He suggested keeping my toddler in the clinic to monitor her, he understood my concerns and even dealt with my crying because she was so ill at the time. He truly cared about her and me and checked inhimself regularly. He was so patient with my many questions, some of which I asked 10 times. I left feeling really content and way less stressed. He even said he will follow up on her condition tomorrow himself. I am so glad we found these truly caring and amazing doctors, nurses and staff at Hobsonville Family Doctors.

Wonderful staff! We have been enrolled with these guys for around 9 years and they've always been amazing. Dr Torrance in particular is fantastic.

Dr Paul Nicholls, he saved my father’s life! Dr Julian Lawry, friendly doctor I ever met in nz. It has been 16 years. Their clinic moved, I moved further away from it also but still go to them for my family health.

All the staff at this medical centre are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I love that I can get my blood tests done here also even if I have to pay extra it means I can get all the procedures I need done in the same place. Very clean, modern clinic. There is also a chemist downstairs which is very handy.

We waited over a year to get enrolled and now that we're in, it took us 2 or 3 days to be seen by the GP. I have a little kid who often got sick this winter and we ended up going to a walk in GP in cbd or we just went straight to ED. In our previous GP, if they're fully booked, they atleast find ways for us to be phoned by GP on same day or the following. It is a mistake taking in enrolees and not take care of them when they needed the most.

As new patients at this practice I have to say that Dr Merkel is one of the best doctors I've ever experienced and most of the staff there are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Dr. COLE Rudolph is the best family doctor I have met within New Zealand. If not the best ever !

We've recently enrolled in this clinic and so far we've been very happy as we are able to get appointment quickly, everyone is very nice and they are punctual, our appointment happened at booked time.
