Overall, Petstock Constellation Drive is a great store, with friendly staff and an amazing selection of products for all pet owners. Unfortunately, their grooming services severely let them down. Took my nine-month Pomeranian puppy to be groomed. Was asked if I would like him to have a summer cut, thinking it would be a bit shorter than normal to account for the summer heat. Instead, my puppy is literally shaven like a lamb, with the cut clearly shorter than what the groomer tried to show was a ‘summer cut’ based on the photos on the window. Any groomer worth their salt should know that you never shave Pomeranians due to the coat that they have. Definitely won’t be returning for a groom again.

Loving it. We also did a nail trim which took literally 2 minutes and no stress for the dog. Such a pleasure.

I cannot even look at my dog! We have a retriever poodle cross and asked for “not too short and please don’t make her look like a poodle”! She’s virtually shaven and looks exactly like a poodle! Poor dog & im definitely traumatised! Will take my $170 elsewhere

I'm sure the pet shop is fine. But don't use the groomer. Having a poodle type breed i ensured my dog had no knots prior to grooming, upon dropping the dog off I asked them to make sure they don't cut him too short, the groomer then said he may have a knot or two on his ear but his body/face won't need shaving. When my partner picked him up they may aswell have given him a shave with a razor blade. Dont think you couldve gotten a much closer shave. Couldve done it myself without paying $90 for what I got back.

Went in to wash our yellow Japanese spitz for the first time, the girl was really helpful, she suggested a shampoo to use and showed us how to use the wash basin, our doggie came out all white and fluffy again and our family thought we got him groomed 😄

These guys always have my cat's kitty litter. I come here when the supermarket runs out and other suppliers but they have a vet and a good stock of cat equipment like kitty litter boxes, cat cubby holes and cat trees. Other pet supplies also.

My go-to pet store as it stocks vet-only products. I find the range of brands however has gone smaller - not sure if it's mainly because of global supply chain issues. In saying that, staff seem quite knowledgeable to recommend other alternatives for your pets.

The attitude of the veterinary hospital here is terrible. My cat is a little female cat who loves cleanliness. Usually, she will never urinate anywhere. , when we got home we found that her whole cat was soaked in urine, and when we first saw the cat, we found that her whole big tail was wet and covered in urine, the cat who had just undergone major surgery was forced to Was in the urine all afternoon and no one told us about it when we picked him up. The size of the Elizabethan ring that prevents cats from licking is also wrong

Nice big store and well stocked. Moved to this area recently so first time here for my poodle, he required a full groom and trim, I gave details of what I required plus emphasised he needed a trim, not to short as it is winter. When I collected him he looked very nice but cut far too short, in fact it is a summer cut, also charged $10 more than I have paid elsewhere so a little disappointing.
