Great spot and a variety of selection. Displays are very good and give you an idea of how much space you will need in your home. Very serene atmosphere with sounds of tricking/falling water. Not bad prices either.

I had awesome service when I went to purchase budda fountain but after 7 months down the track the pump stop working. As the pump has warranty of two years I took it back. Raj repaired and ask me to pay for the part. I question him about the coverage of warranty and he said the pump is covered but not the part. He said it’s written on the warranty and when I challenged him to show me in writing he was printed the warranty to show me but there was no mention of part not covered. Raj than said it is not mention in warranty but he knows it’s not covered.

Good range of stones/fishponds/statues/pumps and regularly restock. Staff have been very helpful to deal with and helped carry items to the car. Check opening hours as have been caught out in the past as they shut early on the weekend. Customer parking not clear. Loads of parking around there but all marked tow away or mentions other business. Not sure how much that's policed, but would suggest be careful when parking.

Popped into Stone and water world this morning with my son who is making a water filter for a school project. Vaughn was extremely helpful. He explained how it all works, what the best stones and sand were for us to use and why. My son walked out feeling empowered, and with lots of new knowledge to propel him on his project. Been here a few times. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very good. Purchased fake rocks. Now purchased water feature. Now purchased stones to go all around our raised gardens as prices are excellent.

Always fast to ship and extremely well packed for fragile items. I let them decide the colour and shape of the bonsai pots and they always pick the perfect one!

This place is amazing. All the water and garden decorations are endless. I'd say it's the best I've seen and the owner was so helpful. Checked a faulty pump and pond transformer for me then calculated a replacement that would do the job. Product pricing was fair enough . Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
