Worst
customer
service
experience
ever!.
This
is
coming
from
the
manager
as
well.
Golden
apple
have
this
scheme
which
they
call
as
a
loyalty
program.
Every
time
you
purchase
somethings
you
get
points.
That
gets
added
to
your
loyalty
card.
Once
you
reach
up
to
a
certain
amount
of
points
you
get
a
$10
voucher.
Which
appears
on
the
receipt
that
they
give
you
but
don’t
advise
you
about
holding
on
to
the
receipt.
I
swear
it
does
not
say
anywhere
on
the
receipt
or
on
the
loyalty
card
or
any
where
that
you
need
to
hold
onto
the
receipt
in
hand
to
show
them
in
order
to
redeem
this
$10
voucher.
I
showed
them
the
receipt
of
my
$10
voucher
which
was
on
my
phone
and
they
had
declined
my
voucher.
I
even
showed
them
my
loyalty
card
so
they
had
extra
proof.
I
even
suggested
to
check
their
cameras
(on
the
date
of
what
the
receipt
had
shown)
and
they
said
they
couldn’t
do
that.
I
feel
like
they
either
didn’t
want
to
help
me
or
they
just
don’t
want
to
deal
with
it
and
kept
pushing
the
blame
on
me
for
not
keeping
my
receipt.
Managers
words
(it’s
commonsense
to
keep
it
and
it’s
not
their
fault
for
not
having
it
on
there
records).
I
swear
their
prices
are
already
ridiculous
and
sometimes
they
suddenly
change
the
prices
while
you’re
still
shopping
in
store,
thinking
the
cabbage
that
was
priced
for
$3.99
is
now
priced
at
$5.99
at
the
checkouts.
Please
check
when
they
are
scanning
because
I
have
walked
out
soo
many
times
questioning
why
have
I
been
charged
extra.
I
have
even
addressed
them
about
this
and
their
response
is
that
they
change
it
sometimes
during
the
day.
Which
I
don’t
think
is
ideal
especially
if
your
shopping
on
a
busy
day!.
I
have
had
soo
many
issues
with
them
but
this
time
I
have
had
enough!
Be
careful
when
shopping
here!
Can
be
very
misleading.
