Its a nice place with so many shops and there is coffee club too. My favourite it Spotlight it has huge variety of stuff and at reasonable price. Especially when they are on SALE.

Very quiet at 10am, totally different vibe to the Mall. All of the lifestyle shops in one area, plenty of parking and easy access to everything. Nothing wildly exciting but nothing negative either

Went to Spotlight and picked up a Luxury bamboo pillow and 3 beach towels for $42 staff super friendly also... Only gripe not enough trolleys

You need a car to go there,it is a shame they don't have a easy access from the mall but very nice shops there,

It's ok, opposite the big mall so more relaxed shopping, many different shops, great for a look

Went to Spotlight, and they had everything we went there to get. Had a mocca and thickshake at The Coffee Club, both perfect, thank you. Getting out of this shopping center is not easy, especially if you want to get onto the southern motorway.

Sadly, my experience everytime ive been in this store over the years has been disappointing. Most times I've been I'm not acknowledged even when eye contact is made. I was there wandering around for 15mins last week and nothing despite seeing staff around. They all appear unapproachable and uninterested. Having worked for Freedom moons ago for 9 odd years it really annoys me. The service level back then was streaks ahead of where it is now, it would not have been ok to not have a customer greeted, open questions asked etc. Not sure if they still have mystery shoppers, if I'd been one they would have failed on everything. Up your service level Sylvia, by far the easiest way to increase sales and gain repeat customers. You clearly have people there that need some coaching and leadership or need to think about moving on.

Sylvia Park is usually great if you can get through the traffic. Early or late if you want to avoid traffic

There are a heap of stores in this block. Cafe, annimate, furniture. I could go on. Obviously great selection. We only went to lighting direct. Good little complex.

Like covered in strip shopping. Long walk. Car parking is available but quite some walk too.

Good variety of shops, Farmers fabulous. A lovely young woman at Michael Hill Jewelers helped me with a bracelet issue, Stewart Dawson not interested.

Really good shopping experience with safe, free parking and good bathrooms, and every shop you can think of. What's not to love.

[Spotlight Sylvia Park] Friendly staff, but it can be a bit of a maze trying to find specific items amongst the mass of isles upon isles. Could be a bit organized, but good experience either way.

Easy to find with plenty of parking and my wife was able to find one of the items that she wanted.

Good parking with some good cafe's. The lay-out of the mall is long and narrow, i.e. a lot of walking. This walk occurs in on thoroughfare so can be crowded.

It's a well planned extension to Sylvia Park, but since it is on such a busy road that getting back to motorway becomes a challenge some times of the day. Although it has enough stores, and parking, but probably due not enough food options also contributes to less foot traffic.

Nice little market with plenty of parking and some quality stalls. Food stalls seemed very popular with queues of people lined up even before they were ready to start cooking. Mental note made to try this out next time. Stall prices very cheap and it's all undercover

Excellent large spacious mall. Every variety of shop you could need. Clean well presented eye catching displays in all shops. Excellent central eating court so that friends or family can meet up. Best to work out which shops are in which area so that when you parking you are not walking too far to load up the car. Mall can get crowded but that the excitement of living in a large multicultural city. Be prepared to spend hours there. Nice restaurant pubs too. Great place for winter entertainment for all ages.

Great place this is for fast pickup of whatever clothing needs. Maya loves this outlet, this instance, picking up some warm clothing, late for winter but still. Hah.

My style of shopping, avoided the Mall , parked right outside and the member of staff that offered to assist was awesome. Got exactly what I needed with her assistance quickly.

Did my xmas shopping here. Surprised that weekend wasn't that crowded.

Easy access to some large stores like spotlight

Went shopping for curtains. Usually I shop in one shop,but gave bed bath and beyond ago now I'm a member 👍 Got a good long drop set for $40.retail $90. So winning 🥇

Staff at Manukau were more friendly and helpful than here
