Had the worst customer experience at the shop. Went in to get my racquet restrung. The shop owner Richie seemed to be nice over the phone however the employee who attended definitely seemed like he did not like his job. I can understand language barrier however he was plain old rude. The way he asked questions and was un cooperative. I have been playing badminton in a club for over 8 years now and like to think that quit knowledgeable about the game and equipments. And the employee was quit hard to understand and was not helpful at all. I can only imagine what a nightmare it will be for someone who is maybe new or wanting to start playing the game and need some help. This was the first and the only time I am using their services. Good luck dealing with this guy...just sharing my experience. Cheers

Love coming to play social badminton on a Sunday 4-6pm $10. Doesn't matter how good or not so good you are, come and have some fun and make some new friends. They do hire racquets not certain on the price, possibly $5 don't quote me on that, which you can get from the onsite shop.

$16 per court hire is quite expensive.. when the lights go out for the court hire, the place is pitch Black! Nice big carpark and community though. Courts are decent too, certainly on the better side. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they work very late too which is fantastic.

Great typical Auckland badminton centre. Well managed, well kept, good lighting, good stock in the shop.

Good rubberised courts with excellent lighting. There is a reasonably priced proshop with good selection of rackets and shoes. Toilets need renovation .Toilet floor is very slippery when wet. There is a reasonably priced cofee shop upstairs which is open during events. There is a drinking water fountain at the backside entrance and vending machine for drinks and snacks also available.

Space is nice People are friendly The Problem with management to be fair. They are doing social events that u r forced to play with kids which doesn't make sense. I pay money to enjoy a good game with good people, not to babysitting other people kids. Such a shame. They should separate kids from adults.

Great location, great facilities, and excellent price and booking system. Only downside is that it could do with some air con, it gets very hot.

This place has exactly the same atmosphere as I probably did in the 80s when it was popular. It's cold, bright, and militarily unfurnished. But, it's fairly cheap, and good for novices and pros alike. The florescent lights are at a really, hilariously awkward angle so that you're CONSTANTLY looking at them and they're shining in your eyes when you're trying to look for the shuttlecock, but it's clean, dry and accessible. The booking system, though functional, is one Internet Explorer mis-click away from disaster and looks as dated as the facilities. Unfortunately, there seems to be an irritating trend of people booking fleets of courts at a time, so you get squished down to 30 or 60 mins at super awkward times, but that's probably whoever is paying the club manager the most. The decor is kinda hilarious, but again, everything works and you can play badminton there, so what else would you want?
