Great customer service. I have used them many times for my tyre needs and mostly satisfied. However, they failed to find a puncture this time and replaced the valve instead. Can't really complain too much as there was no charge. Went to another tyre shop and they found the leak within 5 minutes. A little disappointed as the hole was pretty big and not that hard to find.

Amazing customer service! I went in to book a wheel alignment and get two tyres replaced, expected a long wait but got in for the next day! A really friendly team as well, I was very nervous I would be judged as a woman who knows nothing about cars but the staff were so friendly and kind! Will be back in the future

Came here last week to get 2 tyres replaced and one puncture repair done. Super friendly guy who served me not sure of his name was able to do them on the spot and even gave me an umbrella to stroll down to the shops with while he did the tyres saving me from getting wet! Definitely recommend!

Went to the shop with a flat tyre. As it was an unusual size, the person I dealt with did everything to get a new tyre on the same day. Despite all the effort, unfortunately he couldn't get the right tyre. He then organised a used tyre, so I could get safely on my 80km journey back home. Absolutely awesome service !!!

Honest and friendly staff. Quick and efficient work too. Prefer to support our local business too. And got a bag a jet plane lollies.

I had an emergency puncher and i was in the area, team were not very helpful and refused to help even i have explained my circumstances, i live 45 min away, it was 4:30 no chance of me getting anywhere. The shop manager ’Daniel’ claimed they are super busy. There was only one lady doing a puncher and 3 staff members did no seem to be busy at all for the 30 minutes I stayed there. Puncher repair including balancing takes 15 mins knowing i have already the wheel off the car, i offered to wait but they didn’t seem to care!! I had to give one star because there is no Zero stars!! I wonder if “we are always here to help” is in fact true!!! I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this business.

Fabulous service on a Sat morning when they were really busy.Gareth is a brilliant and welcoming manager with excellent customer service skills who managed to source tyres that weren't in stock .

Gareth and the other guys were awesome at Bridgestone Tyres at west gate they did a good job at checking my wheel alignment,balance my wheels and rotated them.

Amazing team and a great attitude towards customers. 100% would recommend these guys.

I took my car in on the 18th Feb after making any appointment to check my left front Tyre as it was losing air. A staff member tried to take off a nut from the Tyre, but I was told that all my wheel nuts had threaded and that I needed to take my car to a Jaguar dealership to get it fixed and that it would be expensive. I took my car to Tony's Tyre Service in Henderson and they were able to remove all the wheel nuts without any trouble. I was told that there was no issues with my wheel nuts at all. Their service was impeccable and I will now be using them in the future Really disappointed at Beaurepairs Westgate service as it seemed like the guy dealing with the wheel did not want to remove it or check it. Maybe being a Saturday people wanted to go home early. Lack of professionalism, and wasted my time, would have expected better from a brand like this.

Very nice receptionist but the people in the workshop lack the people skills needed for customer service, seemed grumpy with every customer that turned up when I arrived. Also turned up with polished chrome wheels after the rotationals meet only for them to be covered in greasy and oily hand prints as well as spinning the tires around the face of the wheel.

I love coming here because it’s so easy. Gareth and his team have always been sensational. Such good service. Thanks team ♥️

After having a bit of a nightmare with a rental company and a tire replacement, these guys were extremely helpful and respectful towards a holiday maker here. They managed same day service despite being very busy and they did not rip me off charging over the odds. Massive thanks.

These guys were really good. I had a nail in my tyre but had to drive back to Hamilton. When they found out about my travel, they were able to fit me in quickly, repaired the puncture and ensured that all my tyres were at the right pressure. Thank you.

Absolute arrogance and rudeness from a guy who was more interested in his phone than his customer. My wife could not get her puncture repaired and a pensioner had to change the tyre to get home. You need to take the word 'Service" out of your name or business. Never again.

Jacob and Shaun looked after me - their customer service was fantastic! My tyre pressure was checked with efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommend!
