On this visit I had a traditional Eggs benedict, on an English muffin with extra crispy bacon. Eggs were perfect, and bacon was amazing. Highly recommended. Chipolata sausages were ok, not amazing. Iced coffee and fresh orange juice was amazing.

Cozy place with a good view and tasty food. We ordered cajun chicken and bacon & cream cheese filo pastry with salad, a good warm chocolate and a mocha. Reasonable prices

Nice location on the corner of intersection leading to the motorways. There is 120 minute parking around the back. They have a good size all day breakfast and lunch menu plus a variety of cabinet items. Front of house staff were friendly. Coffee was very well made, they use Altura beans. The Mango Madness smoothie lacked any distinguished mango flavour. The Mac and cheese was a bit weird with a square of processed cheese on top and the crispy bacon thrown on top, I'd prefer to have seen it chopped and stirred through. We had a problem with the chicken burger... I asked no avocado, but it came out that they had put avocado on it, then removed it, but chicken was still covered in avocado. I asked for a remake.. It came back and I could still see avocado. I asked if they had just put the same chicken back in fryer to try remove avocado, they said yes! This was very disappointing and a bad practice. I changed for a Thai chicken curry pie and salad which was ok. With a price difference I also collected a piece of cheesecake. Overall, I would not rush here for dining. The coffee I would return for though.

This place knows how to do bacon. Iโ€™ve had so many experiences with barely cooked bacon in NZ but this bacon that came with the pancakes was crispy perfection. It made for an ideal combination. Prices are affordable. Food and coffee are good!

Loved the salt n pepper shakers thought they were a bit cute. Parking is very scarce. Staff were friendly and effecient. Eggs benny was good but the spinach was either frozen or left in water for too long as it had a stringy texture. More than enough bacon and the eggs were just the right amount of runny... English muffins however seemed a bit small for what was on top of them. Overall a good little place to have breaky!

Went for lunch during the week, service was fast, and the food was delicious. Had a steak and cheese pie, which was filling. The coffee was very good and came out hot. Definitely recommend. The store has beautiful views on a sunny day as well.

The food we ordered was a bit average, did not expect plastic cheese on my beans. Don't know if I'd return.

I thought I would try this cafe out. It was difficult getting to it, after parking across the road at the supermarket, and crossing the extremely loud and busy road by foot; and I just wanted a quiet space to relax. I asked for a large flat white coffee. I was treated extremely rudely. The woman said " do you want it in a take-away cup?" I was confused, as I hadn't asked to take the coffee away. I said "I want to drink it here." She repeated her question aggressively, and gave me a look of annoyance, impatience and contempt, almost rolling her eyes. She finally said "our cups are this big" - pointing to cups that were medium- sized. So I realised she probably meant meant that they do not have large sizes in their proper cups. The failure to explain this at the start was very poor communication and the contempt expressed was outright rudeness. I was a bit concerned at this point, about whether I would be charged for a "large" cup, if I choose a proper cup, since I had asked for a large size; but I didn't dare to ask about that, in case I got treated with more impatience, contempt and annoyance. So, I decided to leave. Then I was stared at by the staff member and another staff member as if I was the unreasonable one, as I left.

A visitor to Auckland, I had three dine-in experiences at One Sip Coffee. All were very good all-round, just one minor glitches, I felt they could improve on their choice of gluten free bread. Gone are the days where the only choice was bland, white and boring. Lots of great choices these days. Otherwise, all good, would recommend.

Had lunch here and was really impressed with the food it was delicious and the serving size was really generous I mean it wasnโ€™t what I expected to be honest, pricing was reasonable and worth what we ordered I will definitely be back, cafe is clean/tidy although they didnโ€™t take our dishes away the whole time we were there, it was a lil busy but not enough to miss our dishes we were there for around a couple hours! Hence the 4 rating that was only negative , food came out quickly over all really great experience!

Driven past many times and thought where on earth does one park. But found parking at the back of the building . Feels weird located on the cnr of a busy intersection but I found it strangely comforting watching the traffic. Views over the water and city, cafe nice and spacious inside , very light and clean . Cabinet food looks fresh n tasty . Breakfast and lunch menu available

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! We ordered the One Sip breakfast, salmon benny, pancakes and a couple of coffees. The food was delicious, eggs perfectly poached, generous portions and the staff were amazing.

Great food, great service and surprisingly lower priced. Had a filo pastry with side salad and coffees. Beth was very attentive and friendly. Great service that is not all that common. Food very fresh and made on site, including the relish and salad dressing. The slices are yum too. Great little find, we will be back for sure.

This place is awesome, a new fave. We came here for a breakfast of 3, we all agreed it some of the best dine out breakfast meals weโ€™ve had in ages. Cheap, yummy and a nice modern look. Highly recommend. If I could pick a part just one thing - get the staff to come over and take your order instead of making you go to the counter to order. Thanks for having us

I had the one sip breakfast. It was a great portion for the price. I thought everything on the menu was reasonably priced. The place is full of locals and a perfect casual place for a coffee, brunch or lunch. Parking is beside the building. You just need to be careful because it's a busy intersection. I'll be going again if i need an easy place to grab a bite without thinking too much about options ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Came in here for breakfast as after looking at and reading about other places nearby this seemed like the best option. I was not proved wrong. It was well worth it in respect to both food and service, and though not busy it was a nice place to sit in and enjoy breakfast. I chose the Goode Breakfast...

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ First time visiting the store and the first time trying Texas Chicken. Thoroughly enjoyed the spicy wings and the burger. Brioche burger buns are really good. Loved the gravy that comes with the mashed potato. Definitely going to visit again.
