This place is terrible, bad customer service. Do not recommend and they expect you to follow policies that they don’t even remind you of. They don’t value customers, and kick you out if you don’t purchase a Seesha in which they force you to purchase. Not welcoming, absolutely do not recommend; terrible first customer experience. Do better

First time there and was forced to purchase shisha which we only arrived to grab some tea n coffee. We were not explained the regulations properly and was forced to leave in 2 mins. This felt extremely unfair and rude. Bad customer service

What kind of policy is that? Just cause non smoker friends does not want shisha but other friends are having shisha, you forcing them to buy a shisha? And plus they are willing to spend money on food/drinks but can only eat inside with their mates having shisha? That's how you lose customers

Very very very bad shiesha I dont recommend. I ordered gum w/ mint it comes double apple test. When I asked the girl brought it she said oh might be the hose. She replaced it and same test. The hose looks like garden water hose connected to shishsa. See the pictures The place is abit good. Average customer service

I went to Melly's a few nights ago and it was a great experience! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The shisha was nicely prepared and also ordered some pizza and coffee on the side which were delicious. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Henderson weekend spot, that offers late night coffee and hookah...if that is your thing :) Went with a friend to have an after dinner coffee (that was unfortunately, not offered at our previous dinner venue). The outdoor patio has nice ambience at night with fairy lights and at least one tabletop gas fire going. The outdoor area appeared to be primarily a lounge/parlor where certain patrons were having their elected hookah experience. We sat inside, which was clean, cosy, and had a menu of coffees & hot chocolate on offer, as well as other fare. They gave us a mix of cinnamon & chocolate on top of our Cappuccinos. It was a lovely way to finish off the evening. Thank you Melly's!

Staff are super friendly and welcoming. They have a "spin the wheel" game with any sheesha purchase. Seating inside and outside covered courtyard with central fireplace. Relaxed environment. Hot chocolates, milkshakes and frappes are yummy as with the chips.

I went there for Shisha and was served by a really curtious Lady. Shisha and environment was really good. I would definitely recommend for other and will visit there again soon

If you just want to have food or beverages or enjoy smoking shisha while eating, there is a separate atmosphere to spend your time there. Staff members are very friendly and the food is amazing.
