Kmart has become a very popular for the last few years. Opening long hours. You always see many people shopping there. It is self service. Not easy to find a staff to help you out if you want to locate an item. Sometimes you need to spend some time to search for the item you want. The check out queue is always long. Be prepared you have enough time and not rushing to shop.

They said it's 24 hours but then when I got there it was close anyway very disappointing. On the website they said 2d hours but yet they lies so waste of time and money for travel to get there and got told they close at 8pm . And plus they never picked up the phone when you call. So I would say worse Kmart ever.

The worst store ever! - DO NOT COME I’ve gone into this Kmart at Sylvia park 3 times looks for a item (Dog ramp) it says it has 19 in stock!! Then walked in all 3 times and all 3 times They had none it’s crazy I hate this as I need this item as soon as possible I would like this item to come in stock In the store not the website! As the website is so hard to find how to make a rating a have spent 10 minutes of my time looking how to leave a rating.

I love Kmart but not this store. I brought my mother and partners mother here and one staff member was dragging something across the floor and almost hit my mother. My partners mother asked for small cami tops and the staff member said straight away they had none and 5 minutes later we found the tops. I understand everyone has bad days but working in customer service you have to leave it at the door....

They had what I wanted and the staff are friendly and I usually come to this one. But why the 2 stars: Because even though they had a supervisor telling people to move along when the checkouts were free I reckon they could improve the checkout area a bit more and maybe add more that can accept cash payments as well. Just little things that can help people who don’t have a eftpos or credit card to pay for their stuff

Staffing are horrible and pathetic. I came here looking for specific items in the kitchen area, the staff were rude I approached 5 different staff to ask for help, every one of them walked off before I could ask for help then at the counter the items I was buying were more than the online advertised price but the staff member I told said it was not her problem and walked off

This Kmart is 24 hours, 7 days. It is so convenient for essential things shopping after hours. Thank you so much for all staff hard work.

Had the rudest interaction with one girl who worked there today she was busy talking with a friend and gave me the dirtiest look when I asked for her help. Never going back so rude no customer service skills.

Kmart is fine but the staff can be very rude. The other day I went into kmart to pick up an online order, there was a lady who had just gotten off work and I hadn't noticed obviously since she was still wearing her work uniform, and she rudely announced "i'm being served first, I was here first!", they took so long that I ended up leaving and coming back later. I understand she finished her shift and wanted to go home but as long as she's wearing the staff uniform, then she is representing the store and she could've said it in a much more polite way. Anyways, when I came back the server who was getting my pickup from the back was very polite, but it took a while since the machine seems to be playing up.

Kmart sylvia is always very busy so I must commend most staff for their hard work and restocking of the shelves often and when items are made available. What let's this place down unfortunately is a small few of the most experienced staff whom aren't always helpful when either looking for items, or knowing how to check if items are in fact in stock despite the website saying so. For the small few that let this place down majority are great, and directing as well as escorting customers is very helpful. Supermarkets do it, and I believe for elderly every now and then assisting physicallly can help a huge deal.

9 May 2023, 12.35pm. When I asked the young lady at the front if something is available as it shows in stock on website, she simply just said the website is inaccurate and then back to talk to her friend. How bad the service it is.

I popped into Kmart on the weekend and couldn't find a single thing I went in for. Clothes were all mixed on racks and not in order as well as the shelves and the floors were a mess in some isles. Walked out in the end it was so disgusting.

I do enjoy shopping at Kmart. But today the entrance was blocked by a big as luggage promotion, which hindered the flow of customers entering and exiting the store. The person scanning receipt should be more aware of this and more proactive as in keeping the flow moving or you guys should reduce the luggage promotion.

Poor/sloppy display of clothing on racks and on shelves. Clothing racks are so full that it is difficult to take clothes off without others falling or to return; hence the clothing either on the floor and thrown over the rack. The position of the checkouts should be moved closer to the exit as it will save us the hassle of unpacking our bags as we leave. Went a few days later and could not walk down this aisle for health and safety reasons. Maybe 24 hours is a stretch for staff.

Open 8am - midnight. Handy location you can park on the roof top and use the elevator. Standard interior & displays, best to go after hours to avoid the crowds.

Great people working but SO MUCH PLASTIC. Indescribable amounts. It’s not like Kmart has no money. If they invested into recycling plastics to make products this would be acceptable but it’s not. Care more for the future PLEASE. It’s not hard to do.

don’t buy the linear mirror shelf! It’s taken me 2 hours to screw it together because the measurements are off and the part I was trying to screw the screw into broke!! Kmart needs to ensure the stock they sell that needs to be built are measured properly! Absolute rip off and causes more stress than it’s worth.

This Kmart is ok, not necessarily the best with stuff in stock sometimes. Went to grab some sandals which said ‘ in stock ‘ and wasn’t to be seen lol. Also they aren’t 24hr, every time they say they’re closing at midnight 👎🏽

Well mannered thought I was going to be turned down for replacing a order but manageress came to the party and I exchanged item ...and brought a couple of table lamps

I love Kmart and the items that they stock, however the Sylvia Park Kmart unfortunately ruins the experience. Not sure if it is a low staffing issue, the quality of how the staff is trained or the management but majority of the time the store is a mess and it is hard to find a specific item in the store. It would be so great if this issue can be fixed as the shop/items are great it's just the location and potentially the management/staff that is the issue.

Well it's a typical Kmart.....having everything available. One thing I want to see here is USB keyboard lights....it's been hard finding them ever since we got one of em some 2 months back. And I'm gonna tell u they are very good.

Sadly this company still falsely believes that masks are required to enter the store. I declined their offer to put one on and took my business elsewhere. This is also the same company in Australia that uses facial recognition on its customers. Give them a wide berth and shop elsewhere.

Very Nice staffs, very polite and helpful. The shelves are well stocked up and tidy. It does get abit hectic during the arvo but the cashiers and self check outs flows nicely at a good pace.

The checkout guy works over there I think his name is jordan (white tall) he helped me today to return a item without receipt took ages for him. These people are actually know how to do customer service properly hope he grow thanks

really busy a week before Christmas and yet they manage to help people out with the shopping. Nothing out of stock yet. Self help is the easiest since everything is well organized.

Poor system and untrained staff, I want use kiwi property gift card in k mart as I had big amount shoping in there, they said you don't have money on card and send me to Management they said stil i have credit on card, this is the second Customer they sending like this,I went back but they said its not accepted try to send me again to Management, they don't know how to do kiwi property card, after spending more than one hour in Counter, I had to pay all amount finally,they should let everyone knows kiwi property card not accept in their system,Poor Customer service, not happy

No one appears to be working in this store too busy checking your receipt at the door to actually have staff to help at checkout. If you do have an issue staff scan you into staff mode and leave you to deal with it yourself. Didn’t work ended up walking out leaving all my things at the checkout after my second attempt to get help failed. Go to botany instead.
