Very poor customer service Especially A man who was doing the bathroom managing was very unkind and unhelpful. I asked him something and he showed me the wrong side and when I came back to tell him again he rudely said and apparently yelled out. Then a woman with a kid asked about shower things like for the shower he send through the wrong way then he when the woman came back she asked again because it was a wrong thing he quickly yelled at her!!! So I basically reported him to a nicer service and she was amazing to do that report and thankfully the woman with the kid did so!! Please help out especially when you outsourced them don’t yell!!

My favourite store to shop . The lady in charge of the garden department with the purple hair she’s amazing. Every time I go there to shop she always happy to help out even when she’s busy . Mitre 10 should look after this lady cause she’s the best worker for the business. Keep up the great job .

Well located and nicely placed, easy accessible to parking and definitely spacious inside or outside. Went there for kids Matariki DIY was great activity for kids liked it. Great place for all your house or garden relating items beside heaps others. Great team always there to help you out with smiles.👍✨😊

So much thanks going out to Steve at Takanini branch. Steve, you are the man!!!!!! My husband and I couldn't stop talking about you, when we left the store today. The determination and the effort you put into fixing our water blaster was extremely appreciated. We have never experienced that kind of service in our lives. Getting help on that scale was just amazing! you do not even know how appreciative we are. And you'd be happy to know it works a charm. Thank you, thank you ,thank you.

I normally shop Bunnings for my business but I was pleased with the stock and range from M10. Further their displays seem to have an edge on Bunnings in some ways, if not in other ways. Their proactive staff were very helpful and in this regard, appreciate the assistance given. Will come through again soon, maybe even open a trade account.

Exceptional service. I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady giving me 2 kids trolleys for my to little kids to push around, I asked her for a specific item and she was straight on her walkie talkie to the pool department guy who put us in the right direction. After the lady showed me where it all was off she went, I stood around not being able to find exactly what I was looking for keeping in mind that it is pool related and we'll out of season now, they guy that looks after that department came to my rescue, got a ladder and searched high and low looking for what I was after eventually finding what I was after. The best service I have received in a store like this ever, very much recommend this store and there awesome staff!

Last weekend we came here to get some paints, and my pregnant wife felt really dizzy all of a sudden. The staff were lovely and got her a chair and a little paint pot full of m&m's. They also really knew their stuff about the products. It's a great store with great staff. The cafe is also really good.

Well what I can say is, when looking for something for the home, Mitre 10 has it all. Customer service is great. But next time I visit I will surely have my Airpoints app ready to roll.

Ill keep this brief... this shop oould be so much better. For prime example, the misinformation and miscommunication around a recent $2,400 purchase was just the limit. Friendly people sure, but get the basics right. Café needs a bit of a shake up too. Not impressed.

My daughter used to work there. We went for cleaning stuff and noticed things have definitely changed from when my daughter worked there. Good products and good experience.

As with all mitre 10s I've been to to this is also worth a visit. Extensive range and huge store. Lots of staff around when you need them and knowledgeable. Great prices and excellent service. Conveniently located. Heaps of parking available. And a bonus coffee shop inside which brews really excellent coffee.

My favourite shop. Staff are helpful and easy to find what I need. Hassle free to buy. If it's the wrong products you can exchange them.

It's always a great place to shop. And recently some great specials, right place, right time. Customer service excellent.

Picked up items ordered online. And great customer service. They said someone would come help me. I wasn't expecting it. Went out to move my car and a staff member came out looking for me, not even knowing who they were looking for. Pushed my trolley out for me and helped put my items in the vehicle. Her colleague had also come to help her too. Awesome teamwork ladies 👍👏really appreciated it.

Well located and plenty of friendly knowledgeable staff on hand, if you are ever looking lost, someone is always quick to stand in and lend a hand. Plenty of good humored staff who seem to genuinely love their job and help customers out. I always seem to find what I want, or the staff are quick to advise when the product will be back in stock or where else I can get the product. We often bring young master 2 and miss 3 here to the “orange shop”. There are often free activities for the kids, the playground is always clean and well kept, with a lavatory handy with parent facilities. The kids have as much fun as I do every time. The Columbus cafe is definitely worth a stop, great service and well priced food/drink. Love the ladies in the garden centre, they are a real laugh and just so personable and client oriented which can be so refreshing. The team down the other end of the shop towards tools and plumbing etc are quick to step in and offer help. I am a young blonde female haha, but I often explain what my husband has sent me there for and they are quick to direct me and provide with multiple solutions. Great experience, there is a reason I keep going back !!

Love going for a browse here but the 2 girls in the garden area having a gossip about thier coworker not a good look. I might as well have been invisible. I mean keep the gossip for break time and actually ask us if we need gardening help because I sure did.

Great range and selection of home improvement items. The staff in the gardening section were amazingly helpful. I looked Vegepods and was give lots of advice of pros and cons and alternative options. Highly recommended. Also has a bouncy castle for the kids.

Have been going there since they opened and have found service excellent. However, recently a lady in the gardening centre hugely surprised with her challenging attitude. (Not the wonderful lady with dyed hair who is brilliant.) But the next week I had the best service from a chap who really went out of his way to procure the many different things I needed for a DIY project. He restored my faith in the many professional and helpful people at Mitre 10.

Easy shopping, absolutely helpful team, very knowledgeable in their area. Able to do a swap with refund on an item listed incorrectly on website.

Massive mitre 10 with so much options for anything you'll need! Worth a visit, really. Prices are great, plus staff are very accommodating and friendly too! Easy to locate the things you need as there are labels on the aisles!

Great one to visit with small kids. Besides the mini trolleys which are a hit with my twins, they have an awesome play area next to a coffee shop. It even has a bouncing castle!

Great to see some of the playground back. Under 5 age limit however means that Mr5 can't play with his 3yr old brother :(. We miss the bouncy castle too, that was a total favourite. Store is well presented and tidy. Good displays. Dion is an absolute legend. He saved our fish in lockdown with some ingenuity and kindness. Don't lose him! Sue is also wonderful staff member. She is down at bbqs and is so easy to talk to. Great hire!
