Im a customer of the warehouse. Due to language barrage, although Ive already asked severtimes to have Mandarin speaker, they didnt consider it at all, and keep misunderstanding upgrading... Finally I ve been received trespass notice and been arrested by police due to some funny reasons Eg. "gun gesture", acturlly this is an greating gesture in my culture. and "verbal abuse"..., it might happend because of misunderstanding. I wad treated rudely in the Warehouse store and sucurety center of silver park westfield as like an animal, the stuffs in tje warehouse keep drive me out anf block my way when I was shopping, they treat me as a criminal, in the beginning I thought it is a joke, but they threatened to call the police and finally they did called the police. I realise it is really serious. I felled upset and, That time I was surrounded by a crowd in front of the Warehouse gate, after a while two officers from Mt Wellington police station arrested me, while I was tellephoneing the "111 police", I was trying to explain what im explaing to the poloice in the phone, male officer interuppted me and say"I dont care, he forced me weared by the handcuff, its really hurt. He escorted me and I felt I was looked like a prisoners from the mall from the east to the west, others people looked me extreamely strage glaze, my mental was greatly harmed by this time! I was sent to a small locked room, lots of strange painting and drawing at the wall. My bag was searched. And officer asked me for a lot of sensitive personal information. I was forced to sign that funny papers, amang lots of parties, police westfield secuirty department, and the Warehouse I was forced to sign the deportation order and have been told to never comming to warehouse in Westfiled mall silver park again in the next two years... I was tried many times to explain to the officers about my behaviour, they said they are busy and use body strength to push me out of the street, while saying many strong and ugly words..."f words". I was try to ask a free lawyer, and coz im arrested , my rights contains free law servies, but the lawyer Vivan didnt wanna listen to me, becouse she cant uderstand my English, she said she is noy intresting...OMG Lots of people saw me and i fell really awcward at that time. Went to get some Xbox controllers with my partner yesterday’s evening. Asked one of the team members who was an Asian girl in glasses to come and unlock the cabinet for us. And seemed like she wasn’t pleased to give us any assistance. She was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. There was no smile on her face. Hello or even a thank you when we were paying. Not just that she was constantly on her phone talking to someone very loudly and didn’t pay attention to us and what she was doing. If she doesn’t know that customers who were right in front of her and talking to her were her priority and chose to chat with someone else on the phone. I don’t know why she was hired in the first place. There could have been an apology if the call was urgent, and there could have been very easily forgiven and understandable. All she said was “just that ?” - aggressively unlocked the cabinet and that was it other than that all of her attention was on somewhere else. Not very professional and well-mannered there. Not going to mention how bad her customer service skill is. Do better.

Although I've always liked shopping at the warehouse, I must confess there is so much scope for improvement. Their store at Sylvia Park is massive and more or less caters to all your needs. However, I have always felt this stores is understaffed. Although most of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, there have been times when I've struggled to find anyone handy for help. I also don't see many promotional offers or customer engagement activities coming from this store. The men's clothing section could have more variety. Some of the products look overpriced for the quality in my opinion.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This warehouse is very ugly and the workers there are also ugly. Me and my friend were followed around the warehouse, we were with this girl who stole one thing and we didnt know and then we left the warehouse and the stopped us and searched our bags. DISGUSTING. We got banned for 2 years when we didnt know what had happened. The girl should be to blame. This is horrible service and we tried to explain but they told us to go away or they would arrest us. I AM TRAUSMATISED. The workers were very rude and laughed at us and had zero professional attitude. The products there are also bad.

One of 3 same type of items I was purchasing double scanned , one scanned and the other didn't. As it showed up on the screen as 3 items scanned I assumed I had scanned them all. The security refused to believe me when she asked if I had scanned them all and instead of checking the items on the screen she argued with me then grabbed one of the items from my pile of purchases and scanned it herself . After I paid for my goods I checked my docket and discovered I had been charged for four of the items instead of three. I had to get a refund. The security guard didn't apologise although the very nice lady processing my refund did. I felt very humiliated. I know there are others who have gone through similar experiences. Get rid of the self service if you have a problem with shoplifters. Stop targetting innocent customers and get your security staff some proper training in dealing with customers.

Rude employees with 0 customer skills do better Sylvia Park Warehouse. I read the comments and people are spot on zero customer skills in store.

I visited it today, and the customer service was closed. I tried to approach the security guard, and I said "Hi" he answered " No, Not me" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I had no answer to that I finished shopping and I went to check out, but the lady on the Cash point was rude to me as well till the point that my daughter cried because of her. I am not surprised that it wasn't that busy.

Just left today upset. I used the app to check for stock availability. And there was. I looked in 2 places I was told to look and there was nothing. I looked around too. I went to desk to ask to check, there was 33 in store. She directed me to customer service desk. The lady called somebody to come help. I waited 10mins, frustrated but hopeful, I joined the now line again.once I got to desk, I told the next worker that I have been waiting for someone to come. She goes to the other worker who told her not to "take too long". The girl walks out and away, and within 1minute comes back and says "there's no more in stock, sorry for wasting your time" ..*moves onto doing other things* You bloody think so??!! That's 25+ mins I won't get back. SORT YOUR STUFF OUT WAREHOUSE!!!! ☹️😠

This Warehouse is slightly different from a lot of the other ones that I have been in - namely, that it is spacious and better thought out compared to the others. There is heaps of stuff on offer, though, and the Warehouse has started stocking tech gadgets and electronics - which, personally, are not that great. They tend to be more Chinese variants and even though they are getting better, they still do not exactly evoke a lot of confidence from most customers. Other than that, there's plenty to browse and get stuck into!

Terrifying customer service. Asked for help finding a furniture that showed available in stock online and was asked to come back in 20min. Waited and when back they told me they had it in stock but the fork lifter was out of the battery and had to be charged so wouldn’t be available until “later tonight or tomorrow”. So went to pay for a frame, which was on a shelf where everything showed $25, got charged $30, sent to customer service, who just said “different bar code, sorry”.

Was greeted by a tall, young fella I believe named Oliver. He was greatly helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He helped me find some lunchboxes for my grandchildren. In my opinion, Oliver is outworking his wage. Thanks Oliver and Sylvia Park Warehouse.

Molly who was the manager on nightshift last night is a useless manager and doesn't know how to follow instructions. Whoever gave her that role must of been desperate because my 5 year old daughter could do that job better than her! I had $900 of Variety vouchers which clearly stated on the letter that I was allowed to combine if I had more than 1 voucher but Noooo stupid molly didn't know how to do it 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ someone needs to replace her for someone who actually knows what they're doing 🤦‍♀️

Went to get some stuff which wasn’t available on there aisle. Have asked the customer service she said they got one piece in store. Asked her already looked in the aisle but couldn’t find it if she can looked in their stock. There were only two customer, was waiting before me, she said she is busy serving these customers , didn’t asked me to come back later(staff member Krishna). Came back after 5 to 10 minute and got served by security guard,she said she can asked staff to look for us as they got one piece in stock. Krishna came back saw us standing there and waiting, I don’t what she said to security guard, then we have been told they haven’t got anything in stock. I don’t even know if you can’t help your customers, why do you even work at customer service site.

First time I ever walked out a store with bath mats, a jacket and free range eggs. Not an impulse shopper but often find good deals for stuff/clothes I would have paid more somewhere else. Hope warehouse gets into the supermarket business and breaks the duopoly

Well stock and very clean, this branch’s Easter products has more variety and well priced compared to Kmart. Staff member Deepak was amazing, it is refreshing to see an employee who is passionate about his job, positive, friendly, patient and very helpful.

VERY VERY TRAUMATSING EXPERIENCE. The warehouse members at this store show very POOR responsibilites and they workers are also bullies and rude. THE WORKERS LAUGHED AT US, and they tried getting us arrested and we are so uncomfortable by how they had stalked us throughout the whole store even in the changing rooms . I don't feel safe coming here ever again xx

Zero help. Rude staff that won't help. App tells you where to find thi gs instore but it does not work as you go to isle and nothing there. App says lots of stock but there no stock.

I visit this place regularly and used to be alright on normal days. However, I had an exhausting and stressful experience on the Black Friday yesterday. There was no clarity about a the discount they offered and I had to struggle to buy the item I needed especially they had only one on display. Their customer service was very poorly managed with a solo member handling it most of the time all alone. Staff at the checkout were cooperative in sorting it out after spending almost one hour in ultimately buying it at the discounted price discreetly meant for market club members. The customer service needs a lot of improvement especially when we are nearing the festive season.
