Rivendell is a beautiful store filled with beautiful goods. They have my favorite incence, superhit satya, at a very reasonable price. The whole store is a treasure trove. The walkways are a little tight, so maybe not good for a wide wheelchair. There are also alot of hanging items, so watch out if you are tall! They have crystals, cards, statues, jewelry, Custom necklaces, water and smoke ornaments, books, wall hangings, hanging light catchers, dreamcatchers and so much more. There is even an instore wishing well. The staff are helpful and kind, and don't mind you wandering around looking. This small store is beautiful.

Beautiful store, a little over priced compared to the same sort of thing elsewhere, however there is just a stunning range of crystals here and its a wonderful place to wander through.

I purchased the Stress Relief essential oil blend from the Aromist range. I suffer terribly with insomnia and the last few nights I have been asleep by 10:30pm....which is unbelievable for someone who usually only gets to sleep at 4:30am. I would highly recommend this product! Run ..don't walk!

I've left 3 messages in the past month and now when I call it just rings out, nobody answers. I purchased a bracelet which is falling apart due to the elastic breaking. How the heck do I speak to a human about this issue please? Absolutely poor service atm

I found this store on fb. I had to travel to get there. I was looking for gifts, meaningful gifts for my family. I saw they were having a sale. I got lost 2x finding the place however would be able to go straight there now. The staff were awesome, helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable about their product and offered advice. Their product lived up to my expectation. I have already told friends about them and shared them further on fb.

Absolutely love their service! Amazing everytime and they answer all questions if needed. I buy alot through online and always gets delivered with care. Excellent service and products! I get my crystal bracelets, statues, tarot cards and Himalayan salt lamps from here.

Must be 10 years since I discovered this beautiful and welcoming store and continue to go to Rivendell because they offer many spiritual-related things like crystals, pendulums, gifts, incense, jewelry.

Gorgeous little shop located in Westfield Mall. Lovely atmosphere to walk through. However, being eagle eyed by an older gentleman in the shop, made me feel guilty about even being in the shop. Prices more expensive than what I usually get crystals and other accessories for in other locations, but worth a look.

Love it. Prices a bit on the high end, but I think the quality of the products is higher here than other places, so ends up being good value.

Absolutely stunning crystal point bottle and moon pendant necklace! I also got one of the gorgeous crystal candles that smell divine. They are very eye-catching and captivating, with so many colours reflecting through the crystal the more you gaze at it. Unfortunately, my attached pictures do no justice for the true in-person beauty of these products. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for quality crystal based gifts!

The Sandlewood and Musk Chakra candle is the cutest. It has a range of little crystals sitting on the top which relate to all the chakra points. Smells heavenly, is made of soy organic wax which is important to me and has a burn time for around 60 hours. Very happy with this product and will buy more.

Great shop with fabulous stock, rocks and stones in particular, a really great variety especially in the line of crystals. Fantastic range of products in this shop and so very worthwhile just to visit and admire, once you are in this shop I'm sure you won't walk out empty handed, not from staff pressure but from their incredible range. Children especially will be fascinated and will quickly ask to be allowed to start or enhance a collection. Neat knowledgeable staff, who are friendly, happy and great to deal with.

I ordered four items from the Rivendell Store and ALL of them were gorgeous. The quality of the pieces I received far exceeded my expectations! I wear my pounamu drop earrings almost every day and they have shown no sign of wear and I get compliments on them regularly. I usually don’t use things like crystal water bottles but I took a chance on this one to try it out as I liked the bottle design and the obsidian point crystal inside and I don’t regret it one bit! Again - I have received many compliments on my bottle. Everything is of such high quality and beautifully packaged. Will definitely order from Rivendell again.
