I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this shop for $89, intending to gift them to a family member. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the shoes were different sizes, although I hadn't noticed it at the time of purchase. When I returned to the shop to solve the problem, I encountered some challenges as the staff was not very accommodating. Regrettably, I did not receive any form of compensation or resolution for the issue. As a loyal and regular customer of the dollar dealers, this experience left me feeling disappointed. It's disheartening to have encountered such an issue and received unfriendly service, especially given my history as a returning customer. I hope that the shop can work on improving their customer service and quality control to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all customers in the future.

Checked store location on Dollar dealer website, drove 20 mins to get to Birkenhead store, only to find the store does not exist at that address anymore! Why on earth would you keep advertising it!!??? Waste of fuel and time!
