Mum and I popped in today and the young girl there named Jessica was super lovely and super helpful. She was so kind and caring, I know it’s part of her job, but she went the extra mile to help us and make sure that we were well looked after. I fully appreciate her help with mums bracelet. She came up with solutions to our problem. When we went to Pandora new market on the 24th of December 2022, the young girl there acted like she could barely be bothered to help us. Just said we had to buy a new charm and sent us on our way. Which is why I appreciate that Jessica at botany took the time to find solutions to properly help us. She deserves an appreciation award.

Very bad service of the staff....took my brand new bracelet to store which was sitting in the pandora box and turned yellow. Staff cleaned my bracelet when i asked them not to. They started explaining that its Stirling silver it can turn yellow which was not explained when I bought it and moreover all my silver jewellery bought from other brands is sitting in same place. What a joke you spend money and can't even get the required services. Hahahahha 😂😂

My 1st time to try Pandora! Got some last minute Christmas gifts for myself and was served by Florence, although she forgot to packed in my clasp opener but I got it the next day without any hassle(course u need to show ur receipts). My kids was served by Angel, which is also helpful in finding the stuff that they wanted for mum. Kudos team Botany very accommodating/helpful

I was so impressed with this store. They where quick and efficient. So much more help than other Pandora's I have been too. If you can go here over the other stores. The staff are far nicer as well.

It's ok. Staff aren't very helpful. Place e is always busy. Not really a pleasant experience.

The staff at the Botany store are amazing. There is always a happy, friendly atmosphere when you go in both towards the customers and between the staff. The store is always spotless and the staff are very smart. Excellent service and nothing is too much trouble. The only Pandora store I use.

Go here often and my experience varies, I went in earlier this year and the lady was so helpful and I found everything I was after even tho they didn’t have something in stock, she went out of her way to help me find it! I then went in a few days ago and there were 3 people working, one was with a customer, one was at the till, one was just on the floor, I asked for some help getting something and the lady at the till said “someone will be with you soon” then proceeded to walk out the back grab her stuff then go on break (I get breaks are important but what’s 5 more minutes?) the lady on the floor kept looking over at me and never helped. The lady with a customer never even acknowledged my existence. I waited for 15 minutes by a ring stand and ended up leaving empty handed

Young lady that served my wife and I was a delight, knew exactly what we wanted, we did let the store know how lovely we were treated by the young lady and will in future use this particular store again.

Sometimes only have one staff member on so have to wait a little bit as they talk to other customers, otherwise helpful
