Terrible staff I was there 5:26 with my grandma who wanted a jumper visiting from overseas and the short skinny lady who worked there on 18/9/2023 came up to us and said we close in 3mins and I said ok no problem she then said including payment and gave a terrible look. At 5:31 I was going to make payment and she said no we are closed I told you this and we don’t get paid overtime, and you can come back tomorrow. I said my grandma leaves tomorrow and you should have humanity it’s only been 2mins after 5:30 however she refused to take payment! Coming from Australia our Glasson stores are nothing like this due to this experience I would never step foot in your store again!!! Upsetting and terrible customer service.

if i could give 0 stars i would. the one star is for the store itself which is fine, the range is good. MY ISSUE IS THE WORKERS HERE! the few times i have come in, the customer service is really bad. if you ask to try something on and get a fitting room unlocked you're given the worst attitude from the girls here🙄 like i've had it a few times now at this specific store, and i'm always polite too so they need to train their staff better. Girls here are rude af don't bother to ask for help. Do not come here if you want good customer service . save urself the trouble and go to the dress smart outlet where they're actually helpful lmao

Ok but I accidentally got the wrong sized pants because it said size 14 on them but looked at the tag and was size 6? I went back in to exchange them and we can’t exchange them for another size because it’s an outlet? Like ok, that’s pretty dumb but Onehunga Glassons is also an outlet and I’ve exchanged many of items there and have not had a single problem! Stupid policy considering Onehunga’s an outlet!

Customer service where? No where to be found in this store. How many staff have I come across with the rudest attitude or a can’t be bothered look. Honestly purchased nothing after the lady at the changing room rolled her eyes when I kindly let her know how much clothes I had to try on. Yes I understand everyone has bad days but it’s like a constant grey cloud here. Need to do better or hire better customer service ladies.
