Awesome little jeweller in the heart of Howick. I only came in for a couple of minor repairs on some silver items, one was done right there and then, the other was done in less than 24 hours. They don't have the range the big chains do but if you want proper personal service (and I can vouch for the quality of their repairs) go to Jeff Honeybun jewellers.

Lovely shop and the lady there so efficient and we talked a bit too. Went in to get new batteries in 2 watches, and also was happy that they fixed my old wind up watch. This wind up watch is sentimental for me. and came out feeling so happy there. Beautiful old grandfather clocks in there and jewelery too. Thank you for fixing up my wind up watch as I didn't think it could be done. Happy to come back to this place.

Jeff Honeybun, although working part-time is always on hand to give technical help, when it comes to repairs, maintenance and advice, is one of a kind. Amazing experience here! Came in for my engagement ring re-size and was greeted with helpful and caring staff who took their time with me. A big thank you to Angela who helped me find my perfect size and said they could try and have it done quickly. Was so happy to find out that the estimated day for completion of the re-size was accurate and ring returned back in a beautiful condition and polished! Couldn’t be happier. Nice people Git told to go there as was wanting to have some diamonds to be taken out of a ring and put into earrings. Was shocked at how expensive they were, can't say if they are particularly expensive as didn't try anywhere else.
