The thought of purchasing an engagement ring was the single scariest aspect of proposing to my now fiance. I wanted it to be perfect, but I needed expert guidance and I didn't want to get ripped off. Fortunately, my future mother in law has been going to Neville for years (swears by his work) and she told me it was definitely where I needed to start. So I gave them a call and he was able to see me the same day. He told me everything I need to know about diamonds and laid out all my different options. After the meeting we communicated by email as he made drawings and changes to the ring. He was prompt with all his replies and got the ring finished in a very timely fashion. When I went to pick up the ring I was nervous as I just didn't know what to expect. But when he showed me the ring for the first time I knew straight away I had made a great decision. It was absolutely perfect and my fiance (and everyone else) is still blown away with how beautiful the ring is. Also, based on the appraisal given to me by my ring insurer, he gave not only tremendous service and quality, but unbelievable value for the money. I never write reviews in general, and certainly not ones this thorough. I was searching for a jeweller to get my engagement ring redesigned (solitare to halo) and it was by far the hardest decision I had to make as you never know if they are reliable and what to expect And thank god I came across this Neville Jordan Jeweller and without doubt it was the best choice I ever made for such a meaningful ring Neville was very easy to communicate and prompt. It was an adventure for me to leave my diamond ring where I never shop before but as I met him I knew that he is the one and I was right It took 3weeks to be freshly remade and I was nervous but curious at the same time to see whether the ring would turn out to be what I wanted. As I came in to pick up a lady brought the ring and showed me and I super amazed by the finish. For many years I wanted to have a couple of rings remodelled, someone I know recommended Neville Jordan Jewellers. Eventually I made an appointment with Neville to discuss what I wanted and what he thought could be achieved, he promptly provided a quote which I excepted. My aunt recommended Neville Jordan Jeweller so I went straight to them. A quick phone call and an appointment was made. We had an idea of what my wife wanted so we got a few examples and showed Neville. The process was quick and easy. The friendly and polite manner of Neville and Jan were second to none. Neville created a master piece for my wife who was over the moon! Not only was the final product wonderful but I loved the fact that Neville and Jan were in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend to whoever is after a product they will cherish forever.

I needed a stone replaced in my ring so popped in and saw Neville and team. Was quoted and accepted the price which included a polish of a bracelet and another ring. When I called to collect was advised price was cheaper than quote as work required didnt take as long. Rare to find that kind of honesty these days and the reason I would recommend to all.
