    On Wednesday afternoon around 3pm I have visited the manukau super clinic as I head a quiet strong heat rush appearing on my body combined with a very bad period pain, which I get from time to time but actually this was the first time I visited a doctor as I was feeling very unwell. I was positively surprised how amazing service I have received from every member of the staff who dealt with me (receptionist, nurse and doctor). All of them were very compationat with me, which is surprising as they are human being as all of us, they are not paid well and they deal with so many people on daily basis that it is actually surprising how they can still remain calm and patient with us. Especially if we consider the fact that most probably in manukau the number of people visiting them on every day is huge and most probably not very pleasant as we can be grumpy when in pain. I don’t remember the names of neither the nurse nor the doctor even though they introduced themselves to me straightaway. I was in pain and I think I didn’t pay attention. I just wanted to say thank you to all of them and especially to the nurse who was taking care of me, she was so nice to me but as I was really in much pain I don’t remember if I said Thank you to her. Just wanted to let the clinic management know that their employees are credit to this clinic. Thank you very much!

    The parking is free which is really good for patients. Very clean and tidy. The staff at the entry answers your questions and give you directions who is really helpful.

    100 stars for this place, I have trouble with trusting people I have my reasons, anyways @ this place I was treated with alot of resepct, from the beautiful artwork on the walls helpful Receptionist to the lovely Nurses to the informative Doctors and Surgeons to the Anesthetics team. They do there job very well very prepared, they don't rush you out, the clinic is very organized and tidy and clean the toilets smell refreshing the surgery rooms are spacious and spotless. My whole experience going in there with anxiety and trust issues I left feeling happy and comfortable from the wonderful service I received from every single person there. My first time getting suregry i have a few more to go i think depending on results i hope to get it done here again there is no other place id like to go but here.. I cannot Thank you all enough for giving awesome care and also for completing my surgery and getting me back home to my children.❤️🥰🥰🥰😍 Thank you all MSC... Merry Christmas.

    I had my surgery done here due to covid none of my family members was aloud inside with me it gave anxiety. But from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses they all made me feel so safe they took good care of me. Kudos to every single doctors and nurses for working so hard to keep us safe and healthy 🙏

    Incompetent. I refer not to the doctors or nurses but to incompetent useless lazy admin staff who cancelled my appointment 'because there was no anesthetists' but never bothered to contact me. Nothing like taking a day off work driving across town only to be told appointment cancelled. Someone at the Health board needs to sought out the admin procedures and employ admin staff that are switched on and not those who sit round gossiping about their cousin's 21st birthday celebrations.

    Sadly .. I was referred here by my midwife. I don’t like coming to this place because my last experience wasn’t the best either. I’m heavily pregnant had to see the anaesthetic nurse then I went to see a woman afterwards, I can’t remember what her role was but she had no results from my scan yet and she was telling my mother & I about the chances of a ‘stillborn’ YET she wasn’t 100% about anything. She couldn’t handle the questions and the tone of my mums voice so she started getting upset had to walk out etc.. DONT EVER IN YOUR LIFE GUESS ABOUT A PREGNANT WOMANS BABY WHEN YOU ARE NOT 100% ABOUT ANYTHING THERE WAS NO NEED FOR THAT TALK WHEN YOU DONT EVEN HAVE ANY OF THE FACTS YOU NEED!! Stupid. Silly people. Can’t handle the tone of someone who’s frustrated and asks questions THAT NEEDS TO BE ASKED! If you’re in a rush to go home, just say that! Useless unprofessional people. The two poly women there were lovely! It seems to me some of these workers think a plus size poly woman isn’t capable of vaginal birth.. lol pathetic. Not everyone is as weak as you, over my dead body will I ever go back to this superclinic. Hate this place with a passion and from what I’ve heard about this place from some of my own family and friends, NOT SURPRISED!

    Wow this is how it's done ... All staff nice happy and friendly and caring from my @ 7.15 am arrival to the end of my stay ... One night in a empty 2 persion room made my stay a pleasant one with a spotless clean room/toilets/bathroom/shower... Came for surgery stayed for food ... all the great staff at this fantastic Manukau Surgery Clinic all deserve multable pay rises.

    Came in for a follow up appointment after my daughter's hip spica cast was put on. We were told we'd have an xray on arrival. We started seeing people be called in for x-rays before us even though they got there well after us. Once I asked what the wait was we were told no xray just doctor... we then get told oh no she is meant to have an xray it'll be 30 minutes or more wait. She's 6 months old her appointment was meant to be an hour before we were told this. She doesn't understand patience. I'm very unhappy right now with a crying baby still waiting for an xray.

    A great Superclinic all in one. Lovely staff. Great free parking. Due to all the construction going on, too many road cones all over, I actually missed the entrance due to that! So pl. ensure the car entry from the main road is not obscured. The clinic is very well organised internally. There has been some confusion trying to book an appointment. Phone messages can be confusing & voice mail was not responded to until I sent an email. But once they got my message/ email, it was absolutely smooth sailing. I was unhappy at the sign stating no walk ins for a specific section/ clinic. But otherwise a great place with some really lovely staff.

    Went there at 1.40 which was actually my appointment supposedly. The person at front counter Indian girl said wait for few minutes and will call me. Already 15 minutes later in she mentioned my appointment should take 2-3 hours and customer care on phone contact centre said should be 20-30minutes. Kirandeep at customer contact centre said such a bad experience she gave me and the way she spoke with the attitude should be addressed.

    Very bad service. We are hardworking to pay for bad people when our health has problem! They didn’t respect patient and thereself too. That why someone deosn’t want to work. Because they had so many experience with bad health care system in New Zealand. Good people is moving out day by day! I undertood that sitution now

    Had surgery here, from the very start to finish very professional, very approachable. Couldn't be more appreciative of all the nurses ,doctors and anesthetists. And the staff in the postcare/ICU were so awesome. I cannot express my gratitude toward you all. Special thanks to Adrian for getting me an extra sandwich and a couple of coffees. Chur

    Spent 4 months going here every 2 weeks to module 2 for an archillies rupture. EVERY appointment they booked for me i would turn up and have to wait ATLEAST 2 hours to be seen, sometimes 3 hours. Waiting room completely full and staff seemed to be always confused about basically everything not to mention the amount of mincing around they did was incredibly unprofessional. Once i was seen every appointment consisted of about a 30 second catch up and i was on my way. At no point was i given any sort of guidance or even an exam of any sort. I highly recommend if you have the option to go somewhere else. Do it.

    Very caring and professional service. Easy parking option and free. Good seating options for those needing a place to sit while waiting for your family members to finish their appointments. Nice little coffee shop right at the ground floor entrance.

    Have been here many times in my life, but for my most recent surgery at the clinic, the patience, respectfulness, and understanding of the staff really stood out to me. Really positive experience, I appreciate the various staff that went out of their way to help make it that way, from doctors to nurses, to the anaesthetic team. My most highly recommended hospital in Auckland.

    Person (named Barbara) answering phones on booking for radiology at superclinic needs some serous customer service training. She was the rudest person ever. Not helpful at all. I would do -1 if given the option.

    My son and I had the most amazing experience and break through thanks to module 4 at Manukau super clinic, the receptionist ladies were a delight, super friendly and warm, we saw Dr. Katie tuck, not only was she patient, polite and professional, she was understanding, caring, and comforting, she listened to ever concern I had, she made me feel heard, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to see my son Paxton, thanks to this amazing doctor my son is getting everything he needs, she opened doors of possibility and progression, without her help we wouldn’t be where we are today, the difference she’s made to our lives brings me tears of joy, im so thankful.

    First appointment immediately cancelled when i was watching for 2 hours. No one lets us know its been canceled when we check in - After discussion i feel quite bad but I understand sometime, somewhere mistakes, and I have wait for another month with appointment, frustrating, same things happen we was waiting and waiting until 8 group patient left, finally we got CALL but CALL TO TOLD US GO HOME. Samething, same place, same people, same result, nothing act, second time samething happen THAT IS NOT THE MISTAKE ANYMORE we feel like idiots by the way they guiding us around n around. Gynaecology booked an appointment for patient on 06/03/23. Patient and daughter in law( i )came in for appointment on 06/03/23 at 1pm. Patient waited till 2:15pm, the clinic cleared and module 10 staff told patient their appointment was cancelled. Patient came again today for appointment on 03/04/23. Bella brought patient in today at 3pm for appointment at 3:15pm and they waited 2 hours before the module told them the appointment was cancelled. I is very upset and had told the module the patient does not speak English, and to call her number for appointments. Checking file today, the patient’s spoken language on file was English but she only speaks Vietnamese. The contact number was also incorrect, it has now been updated. I advised that the attitude of the staff was very unprofessional it was understandable that the appointment was cancelled once but the appointment being cancelled twice in the same manner by the same people was unacceptable.i feels personally attacked and was very upset at the service and the way the service was delivered. I would like accountability and recognition for the treatment she has experienced and would like an apology from module 10.

    My mother had a appointment today in module 1 . Nurse Kelly was so awesome and caring . Loved her energy and attitude towards her job . She made sure my mother was taken care of and directed to the next phase of her treatment. Even tho we were there for a follow up we ended up talking about Kai Moana 😂 and best places to get crayfish . Thank you . Also our other nurse with the tabby cat and smart cat thank you for showing my mother compassion and care .

    I won't comment about the receptionists, but the doctors and nurses there are super professional and really really nice. I am grateful that I was placed to go to this hospital for the surgery, otherwise I'd never have found out this heaven-on-earth!

    The nurses at Module one are exceptional my daughter had an amputation and has been going there for ten weeks the care and attention she has been given from staff has been phenomenal
