    the lack of customer service etiquette by the two receptionists is disgraceful. One of them helped a client understand the fees and how they worked and then when the client left they proceeded to talk horribly about the client and how they shouldn't be in this situation if they couldn't afford the ultrasound fees. Absolutely disgraceful honestly and when I went to go tell them that isn't good customer service etiquette they honestly didn't seem to care and honestly looking at the reviews i can see that this is a continuing issue for this particular branch and these particular receptionists so if they see this, get your act together and be a decent human being. Don't talk smack about someone and their situation, especially when everyone in the room can hear it.

    So disappointed with the Indian receptionist i dealt with today. Her tone was rude no empathy no customer service. Had such a chaotic morning running around in the rain after taking my daughter hospital and then to a babysitter so i can attend my scan that i lost my phone. Then i make it to the my appointment on time and this receptionist had the audacity to greet me in an angry manner and then asked "where is my phone" in a jelous partner tone. Then proceeds to say 'Next time answer my phone' with a authoritative tone like i am obliged to answer a call from her. I was so taken back by her tone she is lucky my mind was with my daughter or i would of given her a piece of my mind. Just some advice 'Never tell customers to answer their phones' and change your tone, you are just a receptionist. If people dont answer calls you simply say "I tried to call you to confirm your appointment" thats it! Thats what ur job description says you do. You dont get paid to give customers advice on what they should do with their phones. And be kind to people especially if they have baby brain and it's raining. You get paid to do your job and we pay for a service so the least u could do is be more accomodating. Why couldnt u simply say'Next time i will text u instead instead of calling" Anyways there will not be a Next time as i will never go here! I will go Sylvia Park the nice accomodating receptionist there knows to confirm appointments via texts not wasting a minute talking to someone rude like you.

    Paid 80bux for my 31 week scan just to get 3 photos that I didn’t understand they also wouldn’t allow you to have your phone on or to take any pictures, i asked him about the 3 photos and he just responded with head, stomach and spine and that it, 1 star coz I was happy seeing my baby even if it was a fast 10minutes 🙄 the Chinese man that did my scan sounds unprofessional and show no interest in his job. This will be my last time coming here

    The receptionist was polite and had good ethics. The chinese man who did my scan had no due diligence for his job. My scan was only for 5 minutes and when i asked questions he said you can go home now and never answered. Then i had to cancel my next appointment which i booked earlier. Never returning back there.

    Horrible service..Staff is really rude and don’t want to listen . We were on time and they took sometime to sort out our appointment confirmation After sorting out,they said you have only 10 mins left otherwise come some other day. Scan was only for 10 mins and lady doing scan was using really bad words for the baby. You guys deserve to be closed forever..worst service ever and rudest people i have ever dealt with in NZ.

    The Chinese man who did my scan was so in hurry as if he has to catch his bus 🙄, just take only 2 mins to check size of baby. I didn't feel that i got enough good time to see my baby and listen heartbeat. The experience was so bad with them today. Took $70 for just 2 minutes of scan with no proper conversation or customer service🙄😢. Reception lady was fine , but not had good experience during scan time. I prefer advanced ultrasound in botany instead. Will never return back here.

    I have sent my referral twice, no phone call and it’s been 2 weeks!!! I called and get told “you have to send your referral online!” My response “I sent it to you twice already, you should have it” Indian lady: “I don’t see it on the system, can you do it again, then I’ll call you back for an appointment time” I already have to wait 2 weeks for another appointment everything was running smoothly before I had to book for a growth scan 🙄 2 weeks and still no appointment 👍

    So disappointed today with indian receptionst i dealt with today. I was only 7 minutes late due to traffic.My husband want to talk with her but she ingored him. She has really bad attitude even doesn’t care about people emotions.

    The Indian receptionist was really mean, bad attitude and not helpful at all. Raised her voice to client and raised her eyebrows it’s not a nice thing. That’s not how to serve the community. She needs to read and understand the Code of Rights. Shows some Respect. This kind of behaviour it’s not tolerated in Health Sector. Bad customer service 👎👎👎👎. Should sacked her.

    The young Indian receptionist is so rude. Abit of respect and care for people wouldn't hurt. The wrong type of appointment was booked at their end. Going on how the customer centre will be in trouble and they will get a recording of the phone conversation we had and the doctor should know better.. bla bla bla Just a catty horrible person. Not the sort of person that should be customer facing. Going on the other reviews - Im not the only one that has experienced this.

    If you have an appointment here, cancel it and book somewhere else lol. PATHETIC STRAIGHT B*TCHES!!!!! The Indian receptionist needs a good wake up call with a fist. Would never suggest this place to anyone!!!!! Go to any other horizon radiology but here. Dumb receptionists, dirty looking area & by everyone else’s reviews about the man they have to see for their scans so glad I didn’t get that appointment. Must’ve been a sign because they’re unprofessional and hideous. Good bye. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

    Very insensitive and unprofessional service. My son was ran over by the truck and we are waiting at the reception for them to attend us. The ladies at the reception keep on gossiping and when I tried to get their attention after waiting there for 5 minutes she get very rude and ask the other family member to go back in the car as only one person is allowed according to her. Have to wait for 20-25 minutes for them to call his name. The pacific lady at the reception is inhuman and lack basic ettiquates

    The young lady in the reception was very rude to us as we enter just because we were not wearing a mask. She was giving long lectures but she herself was not wearing one saying has exception… very arrogant and attitude towards the customers which is not acceptable.

    The supervisor at this radiology is racist and rude. I was denied an X-ray for no reason. I got it done elsewhere and went back to them to tell them that I should not have been denied and she didn’t wanna admit to her mistakes. She didn’t wanna to talk

    The lady at reception was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the Healthcare industry. I arrived at the reception desk early on Friday morning just making a inquiry about my results and was treated absolutely terribly. I was spoken to horribly and I changed to a different radiology due to this women. I did not want to deal with her when I was already dealing with a difficult situation with my health. I would deeply advise people not to deal with this person.

    Took my partner for ultrasound as we have vouchers twice the first time was for an anatomy scan and it was an Asian lady who did it. We are first time parents so we had questions and she just felt like she didn’t want to deal with it. She was rushing through the whole process. We weren’t going to post a review as we thought she probably does this everyday so she just wants to get it over with. Anyway we had our growth scan done there and this time it was an Asian man. Sorry for describing them by their ethnicity as I do not recall names. He did not speak a word to us. Both time our experience was very hostile and I understand you guys do this everyday but you also have to remember we are first time parents we do not plan to do with all the time. Please be mindful that there will be questions and we want to enjoy our experience of seeing our child for the first time. Anyway we will not be going back for our future scans so hope this review is somewhat helpful on getting better stars in future

    The worst experience I ever had, will never go back. It was my first pregnancy ultrasound guy just did it in 2 mins. Was least bothered and didn’t answer our queries properly.

    Due to having pain, my doctor told me to go straight to radiology. Female reception was very rude, told me I had to get a mask before I spoke to her. I went to pharmacy to get one, came back and the way she spoke to me, youd think I was ruining her day. What a horrible experience especially when your going through something very scary. Not impressed at all

    My partner took the day of work just to come to my growth scan, just for it to be missed because the two receptionist didn’t bother to look for the referral that my midwife faxed through, and when I called to rebook my appointment the lady on the phone told me that she got the referral on her end. Lost a day of work because two people didn’t want to bother to do their job. ANNOYING!

    Have to agree with the recent reviews regarding the receptionist(s). Foreign Lady who sits on the right side stared at me blankly & wouldn’t say hi or anything. I asked her do I just sit down? And she started getting sarcastic saying “well do you have an appointment” You’re the first point of call for customers when people approach the front desk. And the attitude is nasty!

    To be told that I cannot go into the room with my daughter I do not like. I understand the regulations at times like this, but my chd is why I am here to upport. I don't want to hear your regulations. Disappointing, no consideration to the patient nor the parent.

    Yes I read some of the reviews. My experience today was fine. From the receptionist who booked my ultrasound 2 days ago, very good communication plus texts with info. Today the receptionist was very helpful. No waiting time for the appointment and the results explained to me. Though maybe procedure a little rushed. Not a flash place but did not have to pay extra $50, as other imaging places charging.

    No wonder this place has low rating. Dont even bother ppl, staff have bad communication skills no listening skills they will make it visibly clear to you that they just wanna fill their hours and go home. Lazy uneducated staff will preempt you from having any proper discussion. Should have listened to reviews there is a reason for a low rating. Hope this saves peoples time.

    They close at 4:30pm but then they start packing up at 4:00pm. Why do they need to pack up for 30 minutes for? Even if you come 3:50pm they say that they're closed for today. Can't even make a booking that takes less than 5 minutes because they're too busy chatting to each other about irrelevant work and are 'closed.'

    Came several times for bone x-rays and each time the staff were pleasant and professional. Sometimes it was extremely busy, but l always allowed for that with a book to read. Feel sorry for staff at those times, cos nobody likes to be kept waiting these days and everyone gets so stressed.

    Afternoon, My daughter has just had her dating scan at the Manukau office. She's came home very upset about how the scan was done. She was seen my an old asain man, who seems to have a few bad complaints with online. Within 5 mins the scan was over. She had to ask about the heartbeat. When she asked about it. The man that was doing the scan said we don't like to do it because the power is bad for baby. Never heard such a thing! While taking measurements, she was measuring 2 days behind but he completely dismissed it . He spoke very rude towards my daughter. Another thing is when she went for the 1st scan she was told there is one off fee of $70 and the rest was free but today she had to pay another a 5 minute scan its NOT worth $70!! Not to mention the bad quality photos she was given!! Also eating in the same room as having scans isn't good for morning sickness especially the smell.

    A young Indian lady at the reception for the radiology side was very rude and did not talk properly. We booked an appointment over the phone and came on time but she said we needed to come 15/min early. Then she gave us another appointment then called us 30 minutes later than the appointment time. We spent about 3 hours there. I will never come back there again at Manukau Horizon Radiogain. Very bad service

    Called to book in at the call centre. Seems like the lady doesn't have any knowledge and wasn't friendly while talking over the phone. No customer service skills at all.
