I have never experienced such poor service in my life thought that ETH was bad but this medical center is 10xs worse... Apparently you cannot see the doctor unless your red light emergency and this is like everyday. If you need a top up of prescription that's not important come back tomorrow even if your life depended on it, my 9 year old has. Case of vomiting and diarrhea that's not important too it's not a medical emergency she said (Receptionist)

The ladies at the front desk greeted in a professional manner, very friendly and both had lovely smiles even though I had visited the site in the afternoon. The process to sign up was very simple and easy. AAA+ for Doctors and nurse service. Very professional and didn't have to wait that long. Definitely going back here if need to see a doctor.

Competent and very pleasant doctor, friendly nurses, prompt and affordable service! The clinic is clean and neat, and a there's a pharmacy next door for convenience. So glad I enrolled here. :)

Dr Tapukura is very professional and is a very nice natured man. Happy that hes my general practitioner. He is concerned and thorough and always gives good medical advice.

very happy with the experience here went in took 10 minutes to be seen from a nurse. then after i was seen by nurse took half to see doctor. saw the doctor he was helpfull and even recomended some places for pyshio. plesant fast helpful experience

You do not have to wait for long. The doctor is very nice, friendly, patient and understanding. I am completely satisfy.

Asked me my DOB, and told that they were not taking any new cases.. it's any doctors duty to atleast ask the patient what's wrong, rather than just saying no. I have knee pain, it's hard for me to even walk inside the clinic.
