AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Definitely coming again. This is the first time I've been to a shoe clinic. I'm flatfooted and I always have pain on my left foot when I am standing or walking around for long periods. Needed comfortable work shoes. As I visited the store to get new shoes I was greeted and served by lovely staff, JESS. She was AMAZING!!! She was very helpful through the process. Very straightforward and awesome customer service. She found the perfect fit for my shoes, got what I wanted. The shoes that I got was really comfortable to walk on and has a nice arch support as well. I would definitely recommend shopping there to get the right shoes. Note: I would like to say huge thank you to staff member, Jess for your awesome customer service.

Have been buying shoes for my daughter for years, but she hated wearing them, she would pick what she wanted and then complained about them, too tight, too loose, feel funny wearing them, blisters and the list went on and on. So being her first year at high school and her feet growing I decided to take her to the Shoe Clinic after seeing an ad on TV. The best decision I have ever made, the Male sales assistant was Awesome, he talked to us about her feet, and the correct fitting shoes she needed, gave her copies of her feet, and she walked away a happy girl. We will definitely be back again.

It was my first time going to the shoe clinic. Bronson was super helpful and talked me through everything, from what could’ve been causing the discomfort in my feet to what I need in a shoe to better support my feet, as well as the best type of socks to wear. The foot scan and treadmill was also very insightful! After wearing my new shoes for one week, I’ve had no discomfort whatsoever and feel like I’m walking on cushions! I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!

Carol and I were very impressed with Bronson. He explained everything to us and just looking at how we walked made so much sense and gave us both a good insight on why we had issues with our feet. Bronson gave us two sets of shoes to try and it was amazing how different we both felt and walked after having the correct shoes to wear. I recommend everyone to do the same.

I always get my running shoes from shoe clinic but two weeks ago I bought runners that were really uncomfortable which is a first. So I went in to replace it using the 30 day guarantee and Bronson was really helpful and was quick to find the right shoe. I just finished going for a run and the shoes were really comfortable. Bought my second shoe here for my arch support. had a bit of an issue with the back cushion after using it for 3 to 4 weeks but they exchanged the shoe with no hesitance and helped me with the 30 day return policy. Great customer care and great staff :)

I went in a couple of days ago and was served by Ella. I told her what sort of pain I had in my feet and she knew exactly what would be the best fit for me. The first few shoes she showed me were the perfect ones 😊 She was very patient and understanding. I had gone back the next day as I was a bit worried about the fit of the shoe and was served by her again. She was very understanding again and helped me the best she could. I would highly recommend going to this store. Ella made my visit to the store amazing and I would definitely be going back and recommending other people to go there for all their shoe needs🙂

Came in because my feet had been hurting for a while and thought I'd finally try this place out after hearing about it for years. I was not dissapointed, Austen and James were absolutely fantastic... some of the best customer service I've had in a long time! James was very knowledgeable and took me through a whole process that I didn't even know existed! All in all I will definitely be shopping here again sometime soon! Thanks Shoe Clinic!

Came in as I needed work shoes. Saying my foot size won't work for shoe clinic and the guy said that it is "tricky". Only gave me two options and they don't fit, which isn't a problem but being told it being "tricky" for them made me feel bad about my feet. Didn't seem convinced they were sorry to say the least. I won't be returning, don't recommend this place.
