Really nice staff at the entrance, plenty of parking and great location in the middle of the park. The pools were clean and so were the toilets and dressing rooms.

This place is usually too crowded and family change rooms are filthy and mouldy. Lifeguards do not enforce any rules and have no interest whatsoever in watching for safety issues. Best thing about is the hot chips after swimming lessons.

This place has lots to offer. Pool, kids pool, kids pool, spa, sauna, gym, and its very convenient, fun and i love dipping into the pool with my family.

I was a member here for years it started great! And went down hill starting with staff turning up late to open up in mornings and yet manger of center is upstairs with her friends. Manager needs people skills beeing in management position must had got to her head.

Seems questionable to charge for access to the pool and gym together when the pool is pretty much unusable due to water polo being booked at peak hours throughout the year. The other pool is free for lap swimming, but is basically warm human soup and is full of kids crossing lanes. Gross.

Kids under the age of 16 get free swim. So are 60+ folks. There are several sections of the pool, for age 5-, pool with height 1 to 1.35m, pool with 2m swim, sauna, adults only spa and learning area for kids.

Depends on which section of the facility you are going... we went to the lane pool as my son was there for the swimming. All the others facilities were crowed - and i have no comment for them (give it a 2 stars??) BUT, for the Lane Pool, it was marvelous. Wished I could swim in it (i wasn't prepared). It was clean, clam, empty. It just has the serenity over this section to the rest of the facilities. And the facilities was well patrolled. Children cannot come to Lane Pool Section to muck-around. Excellent for swimming!! Well done to the staff !! Oh.. btw, great customer service at the counter - friendly with a smile.

Keeps me fit, can either go to the gym, swim in the pool then have a sauna and hop in the spa pool. Fantastic. Beautiful reception staff, gym coaches and life guards. Always ensuring everyone's safety. Wonderful place.

Amazing public swimming pool! Entrance for 1 x adult + 1 x Child is free and the facilities are impeccably clean, toilets and changing rooms were the cleanest I've ever seen in NZ. Staff does an amazing job keeping the place clean! Lifeguards were plenty and visible. Pools are heated and very warm for my toddler - love how warm and comfortable it was! Had a great first visit and will be back for more!

It's a community pool. But compared to others, it's dark and too warm. Very stuffy with no ventilation or fresh circulation of air. Rather crucial in today's viral world. Staff were lovely and friendly. Plenty of good parking.

Nice and tidy pool, good for family to enjoy and have fun..gets very crowdy on weekends, there is sauna and spa pools, facility is well looked after by competent staff, good number of lifegaurds present to protect you from any mishap.

Swimming lessons for kids have been good, the lessons are done in a different pool that don’t have public access. Staff and lifeguards are nice. The pool gets very crowded, even during school hours. The under 5 pool is great, but there’s nothing fun for over 5’s. If you’ve got older kids go to Otahuhu as they’re free, they’ve got a slide, bomb pool, and an outdoor splash pad. Never had an issue with the changing rooms here. Women’s are tidy, and if you need a family room just ask a lifeguard. Family rooms have a shower and bench, at least one has a baby change table.

One of the staff members on the front desk was a absolute cow I'm a member of another pool & all I wanted was to have a look at their facilities & was told to look through the window at the pool if I ever go back I'm taking a photo of her

What a cool place for our kids to learn to swim. The instructors are so patient and good with the kids. I have been doing parent help for my grandsons class and over the last 4 or 5 weeks watched the kids learn to swim. Improvements every week I have been going.

Simply the best. From the gym to the pools. All the staff are very professional and eager to assist. You are greeted by the beautiful receptionist. Great exercise programs!

Great place to go and do laps (in the big pool). Toddlers pool is fun too but the poll for families to swim in is pretty small. Would be so great if they added out door pools here.

Attending swimming lessons with my infant in the mornings. Very quiet during this time which is lovely. Have been some years back at night when it was crazy busy so definitely recommend those early mornings in the weekdays if you have time to go.

Good facilities but gym is not well maintained, equipment ofet broken for long periods, e.g ventilation not great cause fav has been broken for months.

Lovely pools, kept clean and tidy. The cafe is great and being able to eat poolside makes for some happy children

We have been here a couple of weeks ago and had a pleasant experience. The young lady at the counter greeted us with a big smile, I dint catch her name, but thank you! Also experienced good service from the lady at the cafe/ice cream shop, thanks to you too! The pool was not too crowded for a weekend. Nice place!!

It’s great but it takes 1 person to do something stupid like pour oil on the coals in the sauna and ruined it for everyone, I wish they had separate sauna for female & male like Mangere, and you can also use your membership at Otara, Papatoetoe & Mangere, I normally go Mangere when Manurewa is closed. Otara sauna is way too small 😕 but the other facilities are okay.

Love that this place is down the road. The Spa and Sauna are always clean and it doesn't cost much to go there and for a swim. Maybe buy a concession card as it's cheaper.

Nice local pools. Very low price. Facility has a range of pools and sauna. Recommend using the paid lockers so bring a few coins.

Mangers has a steam sauna. Different to a steam room. Pap Rewa and Kura have normal sauna. It takes your breath away at first the hotness. But the sauna is brilliant love it. Facilities always well presented. Community focused the pools are popular with the locals

Awesome facility for all ages and skill levels. Kids learn to swim coach and Classes are great also.

Great facility. I come here to swim in the weekday mornings and plenty of room to swim laps. Finish with a hot spa and that's my excercise done for the day. Membership here is reasonably priced. I think it's worth the money. Also the lifeguards are actually monitering the swimmers which is good to see because you go some pools and kids are left to jump off the edge and all sorts of dangerous things and those lifeguards don't say a thing. Not sure why they there lol. Anyway big thumbs up to Manurewa pools

The staff are absolutely excellent. I do have an issue with the lack of a proper fitness centre. This has been an ongoing concern for years, but no one seems to be accountable to making this happen!! Always an excuse!

Teachers were very cool. Great with kids learning to swim. Facilities are very clean, well maintained and secured.
