DODGY RETURN POLICY. DON'T BUY ONLINE TO COLLECT IN STORE BEFORE TRYING THE CLOTHES. The website says, "365 days hassle free returns," but when I tried to return something, I clicked and collected it in the store, I was told to ship BACK TO AUSTRALIA (???) after showing them their own return policy on the website and showing that I could return in any store the sales guy called the mananger, then they created a new excuse "there's a limit of returns per days" (???) After complaining a lot, he finally took the clothes and said the manager would process the refund, which they didn't and I called the online call centre, and they finally processed the refund. This is probably the worst store I've ever bought from in regards to the return policy besides the false advertisement of "hassle free returns" because they will do whatever they can trying to avoid it. The manager and sales peoeple should have better training and know their own policies. The online team was very friendly, finally solved the problem, and apologised for the mistakes of the store.

Day1 we entered into store she served us for our 14 line of boys only 6 could fit in johnny big. She had a note book of all the names sizes I even had my dad suitted here thankyou so much. You were graceful, understanding and super easy deal with. STRESS FREE. We are really grateful for how you served us we are so sorry for the delay acknowledgement Our wedding was in March. Great selection of clothes for taller guys. I am 6'4" and struggle to find shoes and clothes that fit at other stores. I am basically the starting small sizes for suits, shirts and shoes here. Purchased a suit on 50% sale today and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will come again

Great store for us big guys. Good selection of casual and formal wear. Can be on the expensive side but cannot fault them because this is large size clothing after all. Staff Torika was excellent and really looked after us well. Excellent experience overall

This is the worst Johnny Bigs experience ever ! One worker there name Amelia called me Stupid and embarrassed me infornt of other customers!! I had clothes I put on hold a day prior and she said said she dosent know where it is !! Disgusting service rude people

Good place to shop especially for us plus size brothers looking to dress smart and casual, or even smart casual....is abit pricey though...

I hate clothes shopping BUT this place rocks! Friendly staff, who know their products well and accept that folk come in all shapes and sizes and they have plenty of stylish clothes to suit us larger blokes!

Best store styling of clothing is different from other stores but I think the price of clothing is tab too high. Other than that I still visit.

Staff here are amazing and the products offered here are wide. Highly recommended to purchasing wedding attire from this store as they have access to international networks of Johnny Bigg stores and can import your size products. The prices are a bit steeper in comparison to its competitors but the quality is second to none. Would purchase again in the future.

Why did New Zealand shops charge so much for their online orders I wanted to buy for my New Zealand store but the products were twice the price that I could buy them for from an Australian retail shipping was only $15 in total the shop had an excellent range but unfortunately it was just overpriced

A bit pricey but best shop for us big fullahs who wants to look good all year round.
