It’s quite and lonely beach, if you need some break from busy life than it’s best to sit and spent time lonely; however I can’t suggest for kids and family since there is no activity with water can happen. Best part of someone interested to observe the plan landing and take off with telescope can have a look of runway of Auckland airport.

Decent place to walk and take a quick break from your normal city life. Convenient for those based in the South Auckland area. Water is not for swimming but a good place to walk around. A little bit of work from the council can make this beach better.

This beach by it's location is right at the end of the road and pretty much out of the way. If one was not aware through local knowledge and the public sign posted, one would pass by easily without having noticed it's presence as was the case with me initially. There is ample room for group recreational pursuits ie, volleyball ,touchrugby. Well established trees whose presence provide shade and cover from the elements feature in this eyepleasing beach reserve.

Not a beach like sand, sun and surf but has plenty of attraction for a great walk with my dog.

Nice park to take dog for a walk around the walkway and down to the beach and play afterwards. Great local park area.

Lovely beach, at high tide. When the tide is out, the water is a long way away. No big waves, and due to being shallow a bit warmer.

Such a shame I live on that street for three years but I only had a quick stop when my landlord drove me to the carpark two years ago. I have not actually had a chance went there by myself, I think cause so many loud people & parties very noisy stopped me. Especially, during the nighttime. Perhaps I should go for a walk sometimes before I move out from here.
