Fresh delicious donuts. Friendly staff with smiles. Convenient location. Fun to see the machinery making the donuts. Probably can skip the coffee.

I would totally 100% percent recommend people to come here, cheap prices, amazing coffee and donuts. It is an amazing view to watch the donuts get made in front of you!

Donuts are great which is the main thing. The eating area is always a mess though, which makes no sense as they don’t seem to be busy whenever I’ve been. Their coffee sizes are bizarre so check before you buy, a regular is something you’d find in barbies doll house.

Krispy Kreme in New Zealand is wonderful. All the donuts are very tasty minus the jelly filled, but my boyfriend loved them which is why I kept the ratings 5 stars.

Really nice people and very hospitable. Quite busy but the people at KK still give you a good smile. Best place to get a coffee and a donut specially in the morning as they open very early.

Very good donuts and good customer service! For me, good and nice customer service is the most important. Even their food are the best in the world but with a bad customer service, I will never go back! So this restaurant, I will go back again and also recommend to all my relatives and friends! The donuts and bagels are really good. Their coffee can be hit or miss, in my opinion. The shakes are good but are definitely more for people with a big sweet tooth. I've dined in and used the drive through, the service is always pretty good.

Me and hubby got a jumbo mocha lastnight(11.06.22) and some donuts. Donuts was booooommmbbb, light and fluffy every time we get donuts. The donuts weren't the problem. It was 2 things..jumbo coffee we got looked like the same size as a large coffee from there. The mocha wasn't even fargging hot either that I smashed it back in a minute. NEVER BUYING the coffees from there ever again..but luckily the donuts were STILL ON POINT.

2nd time this has happened. Ordered through Uber Eats, 2/3 of the order not sent by KK Manukau - 1 dozen ordered but only 4 donuts arrived - and they were stale 😤. Last time, 1/2 the order was left out, only got 4 out of 8 paid for and instructions aren't being followed. Why do you do this?? I ended up paying for food that didn't arrive in full, asked money back from Uber Eats but not all refunded. Your food sux, the staff aren't doing their jobs and the order wasn't fulfilled and I paid. Not ordering again.

Best 🍩 hands down! I got a dozen halloween donuts and I put and took them out of the fridge a few times & then left the rest in the fridge over night and they were still so good the next day! Yum!

Was served on Friday evening by such a lovely gal! We ordered a double dozen of assorted with a gift wrap and she was so friendly & easy going. Loved it and will definitely be returning, just because of the great service! Wish we got her name, but thank you!! :))

We went on a Saturday morning, probably before it got busy but there was a small queue already. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very spacious. Loved the large area where we get to see the doughnuts on the conveyor belt. We just got the original glazed doughnuts, and they were light and fluffy. Overall a nice experience 👍

Loved the variety of flavours. There are plenty of seats inside for eat-in customers, and staff are very efficient at the counter.

Beautifully located near Manukau mall , doughnut quality was very good 👍🏻 . Plenty of space to sit and enjoy all the delicious food .

Love their donuts. Store is spacious and always busy. Toilet is cleaned. Staff are friendly and fast. However there was only one staff at front on the day I visited which made a long wait. Love their coffee too.

Went on Thursday evening, first time going inside. Customer service was friendly, helpful. Love the display of the different donuts.... and watching the in house process.

The dounts are so delish but they are also expansive. The thickshake are not very thick. My grandson loves going there but you got to have more than spare change maybe a spare $30.

Great service, interior decor is fantastic, just an awesome place to visit with consistent product quality. Highly recommended! Not often I say this about a fast food restaurant! Doughnuts are greatly appealing both in aesthetics and taste and the coffee has been supremely sublime on each visit. Worth supporting this new brand to New Zealand. Great diversity in its staffing too with a healthy mix of ethnicities which shows an unbiased staffing recruitment attitude. Rare to see.

Better than walking into a candy store! Too bad we missed the "live" process of making fresh donuts. Their donuts are melting delicious when freshly made and warm! Lovely staff as well.

Krispy Kreme donuts have stores all over Auckland, but the Manukau store is special as you take the kids and see inside the working kitchen to see how they make the donuts. Seeing it makes you want to buy some to try or take home. Best when fresh!

We went on a Thursday morning and was new to ordering Krispy creme. The drive through staff were super friendly! Helped us order and pick the donuts according to what we had advised we like. Milk shake was good and the coffee was delicious as well!
