One
of
the
worst
customer
service
ever
received
from
Rockshop
since
today
for
the
following
reasons
1:Trying
to
lie
and
sell
me
the
second
hand
Apollo
sound
card
instead
of
new
(Nearly
4000
dollars
unit
)
after
I
identify
the
sealed
was
opened
and
supplied
me
the
old
unit
intentionally.
I
specifically
asked
them
on
Email
to
make
sure
supply
me
a
new
unit.
The
have
tried
to
get
rid
of
the
old
stock
however
I
gave
them
chance
to
order
the
new
one
after
assistance
manager
tried
to
cover
up
the
staff
dishonesty.
2:
second
,
I
ordered
4
Jack
to
Jack
cables
which
were
available
in
their
inventory
plus
different
branches
and
I
was
waiting
for
nearly
a
week
to
get
them.
Has
not
arrived
on
time
as
promised.
Then
ro
k
shop
staff
emailed
me
stock
are
in
store
which
were
not
.
Next
they
apologized
and
excused
we
have
new
staff
in
store.
Wait
again
and
stock
have
not
arrived
on
time
and
then
they
blame
courier
and
other
staff
who
are
not
processing
and
sending
unit
on
time.
Gave
them
an
extra
week
time
to
get
cables
they
didn't
not
even
get
back
to
me
,
then
attended
to
store
again
asked
the
to
follow
up
they
said
Ok
and
never
get
back
to
me
till
today(8
Sep
2022)
Never
come
back
and
deal
with
rock
shop
anymore.
If
anyone
wants
to
know

all
the

have
done
with
them
through
emails
and
call
logs.
This
is
the
worst
ever
customer
service
received
since
2005
I
am
dealing
with
retailers.
Please

was
waiting
to
receive
the
call
from
the
product
manager
which
was
delayed
again
and
today
at
5:30
PM
assistant
store
manager
called
me
to
talk
.
however
they
have
sent
me
an
email
and
I
replied
back
to
them
to
clarify
their
mistakes
-
I
am
strongly
confident
about
my
report
happened
in
the
store
and
I
waiting
for
their
answer
to
get
back
to
me
and
hope
this
time
they
can
come
up
with
right
answers
and
solutions
in
a
good
faith
-
otherwise
I
will
follow
up
this
to
the
bone
as
I
don't
want
other
New
Zealanders
face
with
the
same
scenarios
or
gets
fooled.
I
am
really
serious
about
this
review.
