Hallenstein is my destination for clothes ! They have nice clothes! And Brand clothes with affordable price! The people working there are friendly! Their fitting room is comfortable and clean! Hallenstein taking care of their customers like a brother!

I am never going to spend a cent at this Branch of hallensteins. This place deserve negative 0 stars. I had a accident in front of the store and the stuff saw me falling down. And they did nothing and continued working. two random customers help me up because I couldn't stand up. The two customers even called the mall management to help me. I found out the reason why I slip. the person that hallensteins hire to clean the window did not clean up after himself and left a big puddle of water.that I did not see because it blended into the tiles. But that is not the problem staff did not checked up on the person they saw slept. I even so one of their stuff come out off the store after I fell in front of there store. I thought that she would talk to me but she just walked past me and totally ignored me. Later I found out that the girl that I saw walk pass me was the manage of the store and the staff confirm that they saw me slip. Now am off work and on acc because I have fractured my knee cap. I haven't heard anything from them at all even though they have my contact details.

I picked up some items from this store a few months back. The guy greeting people was quite awkward. Wait time for the female staff member to get my items was only a couple of minutes so all good on that front.

Supa Centre Manukau has the best outlet stores. Hallenstein prices are amazing. Examples: dress pants from $129.00 to $10 or shirts $60.00 to $20.00. Incomparable prices for male clothing, for all sizes. Amazing quality, very trendy, fashionable designs It's amazing, majority of my shopping is hallenstein brothers outlet and cotton out outlet. Rebel sports Supa Centre is amazing too.

This store specifically has the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen! I’m a regular, shopping here at least once every two months. Theres new staff here every month, all girls / immature girls You walk up to one of them to ask for help and its always met with a dirty look followed by a yes what do you want? No hi, hello how can I help you? They all lack basic manners and customer service. Theres been occasions where they’ll all be standing around on the shop floor in a group chatting without even acknowledging the customers. Or the multiple times where the workers cut off customers already standing in line and serve their family or friends first. A lot of my friends shop here and some of them have directly complained to manager on the floor about these issues and response has always been ok , we’ll try fix that. So obviously the manager at this store is aware of the issues but I’m guessing it never gets followed thru on, hence why the service is always terrible. Something needs to be done on the lack of good customer service here, maybe a smile and a hi would be nice when you walk thru the doors. Why are the workers here always in a foul mood? Like when you ask for help, they act so arrogant and snide ! If you read the reviews about this place over the years, it seems like a on going thing where a lot of people are complaining about the same issues! ON A POSITIVE NOTE – the store inside the Manukau mall is great! The workers there are always nice, smiling and happy.

Common sizes were very hard to find at this store. Staff did not engage at all with me being the only customer in the store at the time and were busy chatting away and socialising on their phones. Upon asking one of the staff re items availability and stock, was faced with shrugged shoulders and rude behaviour since I disturbed their chat. Extremely poor customer service at this store. Ended up going to the branch in dresssmart and staff were absolutely amazing there and I got the stock I wanted.

Good shop with a variety of mens clothing from casual to business suits. Stock can vary from store to store sometimes but if they don't have it they can transfer it in from another store which is good.

Went during black Friday sales, shame the sizes were very restricted but I guess 1st in 1st served. Got a bargain on some shorts so I was very happy

5 stars for simply awesome prices. I don’t mind that staff didn’t approach me. I don’t like getting hassled when I’m shopping. I never got cold vibes from them though they seemed friendly and ready to help. Prices are excellent. Only problem you’ll likely encounter is finding something your size. I’m 6ft2 and finding 2XL in a lot of the tops is HARD.

Referred by a friend, it had limited choices understandably but we got what we needed for a great price. Well worth the trip.

I dropped a star because I could find hardly anything in my size but I think this is a store where they send all the stock thst doesn't move. In saying that what I could get was so well priced!

Been here a few times, normally just a browse and the occasional good deal. This time I had a couple of questions, and wasn't expecting too much but ended up absolutely amazed by the service. Kayne, managed to assist me with what I was after and even looked out back to find a slightly better fit.

Really love this place for how cheap some of the clothes are, plus the staff are always friendly and helpful. If you're size M-XL you may have to flip through the whole rack to find clothes in your range here, the skinny guys will love it though. The range for the formal wear is also somewhat minimal (at least for trousers)

This store is full of lots of trendy men's clothes for those that are looking for a good deal. They have quite a big selection with a both business and casual options. They also have accessories for men and men's novelty items. The store was tidy and the staff were friendly.

Hate this store! I talked to 3 different workers for an update on my order that I placed almost 2 weeks ago and they’ve all gave me different stories🙄 .. apparently there isn’t even an order under my name. Pmo! Update: Went into the store today to sort out my order for the 4th time & thank God the Manager was there. Turned out my order was cancelled without me knowing🤷🏻‍♀️ the Manager sorted that all out for me. I appreciate him soo much!! Thank you Hallenstein Manukau Manager!!!
